Pros
Managing routes has become much simpler for me since using Poolbrain. There are so many helpful tools that it's hard to pick just one.
Cons
No drawbacks. Whenever I run into an issue their team responds fast and actually considers new ideas.

“Helpful alert feature
Pros
The alert tools are extremely important for our business. I can keep an eye on pool stats as they happen including water chemistry and equipment. This helps us fix issues early instead of reacting later. Tracking stop times and chemical costs also gives me a clearer picture of where time and money go which I can review daily or weekly.
Cons
I really wish it connected with Stripe. It would give me more flexibility for invoicing, setting customers on subscriptions and issuing cards to employees.

“Gives me peace of mind
Pros
As a customer I really enjoy how my pool company uses Poolbrain to stay connected. I now get weekly email updates about my pool, needed repairs and chemical balance. even when I'm away, I know my pool is being looked after and when someone is on my property. No more soggy paper notes this feels like a huge step forward.
Cons
My only complaint is that it didn't exist earlier. I've dealt with so much stress trying to call in for updates on my pool, wondering what chemicals were used and finding out about repairs way too late. That's not happening anymore and it feels like a huge relief.

“well laid out interface
Pros
I love how simple it was to get started. It's well laid out and has customer feedback tools. Support has also been very professional.
Cons
I've had no issues. Getting started felt easy for me and using it day to day has been simple too.
