I love how the pictures and chemical readings are sent to customers, it keeps them informed and adds a professional touch.

Cons

The accounting side is a complete headache. There are no running totals, payments have to be manually applied, and taking a deposit requires way too many steps. I am constantly on the phone because customers keep getting late notices for payments that have already been made. It does not sync properly with QBO's accounting side, which just adds to the frustration. I really wish I could find a solid program that actually understands the needs of a pool company.

This program is incredibly simple to use and has a polished, professional look that customers really appreciate. I especially love that customers can log in anytime to check their service history on their own.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say here! The team is always improving the software with awesome new features. Any small issues I had were already fixed in recent updates before I even had to mention them. It is clear that they take a lot of pride in their work and it really shows.

Getting onsite support from software companies is usually not easy but the onboarding specialists actually made the effort to visit our company in person. They took the time to ensure everything was set up properly. Luckily, we happened to be on their way to the airport!

Cons

The level of detail in the system does slow things down but considering the amount of useful information I get, it is a fair trade-off.
