Pros
Whenever something feels off or I don't get it I jump into the help chat and get a quick friendly response. It honestly feels like someone's right there to guide me. If they can't solve it themselves they make sure it reaches the right people who can.
Cons
I can't really point to any downsides because whenever something comes up I message the help chat and they jump in to help me sort it out.

“Designed by experts with powerful features
Pros
This software is definitely the best pool maintenance software I have used. For starters, one of the most standout things for me was the customer support which is second to none. Also it is clear that it was created by someone with real experience in running a pool business. Plus, personally by my experience, I found the user interface is extremely user friendly and overall I noticed that the software has a lot powerful features like excellent route optimization as well as helping me by generating reports and setting alarms to help me remember important reminders I've set. So for me, managing several of my businesses has never been simpler.
Cons
Nothing negative to say from my side. It does take some time to configure properly but once I set it up, onboarding both technicians and customers was incredibly smooth and pretty easy.

I really enjoy using this app. It lets my customers see that their service was completed and it gives them peace of mind knowing everything is taken care of.
Cons
every now and then I notice a small bug but overall I've been really happy with it. The support team is kind, helpful and they actually know what they're doing.

Pros
It helps us catch problems early before customers even notice. That means fewer green pools and quicker attention to pools that need extra care.
Cons
It's a bit tech-heavy and I get why. Still our techs usually grumble about it for a week or so before they get used to it.

Pros
I use it for both routine maintenance and service work which has been really helpful. The support team puts in real effort to meet the needs of our owners. Moving over from our previous system went smoothly and without stress.
Cons
I still feel like it's missing a few things for renovation and construction work. Also I don't see a DocuSign option for contracts right now.

Keeping customers informed with pictures and detailed chemical readings has seriously elevated our service. It’s professional, transparent, and clients absolutely love it.
Cons
Managing the accounting side has been a real challenge. The system doesn't provide final cost, so I have to manually apply every single payment, and even processing a payment feels needlessly complicated. The worst part is the late notices, I'm constantly dealing with calls from customers who've already paid but still received a warning. On top of that, it doesn’t sync correctly with QuickBooks Online, which just makes everything more frustrating. What I really need is a program built by people who truly get how a pool company operates.

Pros
One of my favorite features is giving customers access to their full-service history anytime through their own login. Combined with how simple and professionally designed the platform is, it’s something both my team and our clients genuinely value.
Cons
Zero complaints here. Not only is the team always introducing impressive new features, but they're also incredibly proactive, solving minor issues before they even become problems. It's obvious they take real ownership and pride in what they build.

Pros
It's not every day a software company offers to come to you, but these specialists actually did. They made sure everything was working flawlessly before they left. We were lucky to be a quick stop on their way to the airport, but the effort they made meant the world to us.
Cons
The amount of useful detail and insight I get from the system is incredible. Sure, that level of depth can sometimes slow things down a bit, but for everything it provides, it's a trade-off I'm very willing to make.

Honestly getting Pool Brain set up for our specific needs was the easiest part of the whole transition. Their team was with us every step of the way and their support didn't stop after we were up and running. For a company like ours that's built on reliable, consistent service, this is the tool that makes it happen.
Cons
If I had to suggest a couple of improvements, I'd love the ability to email specific customers directly from the platform, and the route optimization can be a little finicky sometimes. But honestly, those are small things. The software still automates almost everything for me and I'm really happy with it.

Smaller pool companies might find it has more features than they need but that power is exactly what makes it perfect for larger, scaling operations. For any team serious about expanding, it's a must-have there's simply no substitute for the control and efficiency it provides
Cons
The biggest pro might be the development team itself. They're so responsive that it preempts most criticisms, they're already addressing the wish list items I had. Knowing that any technical glitches will be handled quickly is incredibly reassuring and makes the software a pleasure to use.

Plus, the customer support is fantastic, their deep knowledge of the pool service industry is obvious. They're not just responsive, they actively use our feedback to make the software even better.

Using this app has made my workdays much calmer. I also appreciate how fast the Poolbrain team responds whenever I reach out. I'm a big fan of the QuickBooks connection too since it helped us get started quickly after switching over.
Cons
Once in a while it feels slow and I get that it's handling a lot of info. Still if it sped up even a bit, my day would feel easier.

It is basically the backbone of my business. Aside from bringing in customers it takes care of almost everything else like payments, route planning and even figuring out chemical costs and profit margins.
Cons
In the beginning I felt a little lost because there are so many tools and I didn't know where to start. After I learned how to add a customer and set up payments everything became much easier for me.

It's amazing how everything comes together in one place. It's helped our business run more smoothly and reduced the chances of tasks being missed.
