“My experience with TrueContext
Pros
Pictures are super important for us especially when we need to go back to a customer's place years later. It helps to easily locate things like where the septic tank is.
Cons
I really wanted them to add a dollar sign to the numbers, especially since it deals with money. Unfortunately, they never helped me with it. I assumed it would be included when the invoice was designed but despite asking several times, it never got done.

“Is TrueContext suitable for us?
Pros
TrueContext has a super simple interface that makes it easy to design forms quickly. It's a great tool for capturing and integrating data without any hassle.
Cons
TrueContext does offer custom integrations but honestly, the process takes more effort and energy than I expected. It's definitely possible with the right support but it's something users need to consider carefully. Also, it's important to keep in mind the costs involved in using and maintaining the software.

“Positive experience with construction forms
Pros
I started with the design and deployed the first form with no issues. The documentation is really detailed, so with a little patience, it can fix most of the problems. Plus, the API and connectors make integration really easy.
Cons
The conditional logic can be pretty annoying and requires a lot of workarounds to get the results you want. Customer support doesn't always solve the tougher problems either. Plus, there are still a lot of features missing, like the ability to send attachments with the form.

“Excellent app for contractors
Pros
It lets me check out the details of the job site in real time, which is incredibly helpful. I can monitor the progress, see any updates or changes and get a clear view of what's happening without having to be physically present.
Cons
The team can't share notes with each other and only one person is allowed to upload notes at a time. It makes collaboration a bit difficult.

“Efficient solution!
Pros
The reports show up instantly after submission, which is a huge time-saver. I no longer have to wait.
Cons
The option to do a keyword search is really limited, which makes it harder to find exactly what I'm looking for.

“Solid tool to capture information
Pros
Troubleshooting is really simple whenever something goes wrong. The forms are super easy to use and going through them is a smooth experience.
Cons
There are times when forms just get discontinued. It's really frustrating when you lose information after exiting the app without saving a draft.

“Promising, but still needs work
Pros
I love how many different input types can be used in the forms. It also integrates well with Salesforce Servicemax and the sections and sub-sections in the forms are really helpful.
Cons
The templates have limited use. You can't change the resource image used in them and it uses the same image for every question within the template. Plus, there are way too many steps to create a new resource image, and it lacks options to apply settings to multiple objects at once.

“Portable solution!
Pros
It works smoothly across different devices, like iOS and Android, which is really convenient. Whether I'm using my phone or tablet, I can access everything I need without any issues.
Cons
It's still a tool that works pretty slowly and it ends up making us waste more time than it should.

“Quick & efficient
Pros
Managing user accounts is pretty simple. As an admin, I can handle everything really quickly and accurately.
Cons
The way the forms are displayed on small mobile screens, like the iPhone mini can be an issue. It doesn't always look great or function smoothly.
