Pros
The ArcGIS integration used to be a real headache for us. Once we switched to Salesforce Maps, everything changed. Drawing layers became simple, mapping service areas to field agents is now simple and tracking cases by location happens right within the map with just a few clicks.
Cons
The licensing setup for the Community portal is a bit confusing and could be cleaner.
