Not always accurate

Pros

Easy to pull up reports

Pros

Great how easy it is to move through the CRM data and pull up reports and charts when I need them. Feels user-friendly and saves me time when I'm looking for specific information.

Accurate and friendly

Pros

The accuracy is spot-on and I find it really user-friendly. Haven't run into any problems with it yet.

Cons

Simplified everything for us

Pros

The ArcGIS integration used to be a real headache for us. Once we switched to Salesforce Maps, everything changed. Drawing layers became simple, mapping service areas to field agents is now simple and tracking cases by location happens right within the map with just a few clicks.

Cons

The licensing setup for the Community portal is a bit confusing and could be cleaner.
