Helps identify trends, outliers and patterns

Pros

I find it helpful for spotting trends, outliers and patterns without much effort. The automatic geolocation feature is a huge time-saver since records get positioned automatically. What really stands out are the analytical capabilities. The heatmaps, routing and clustering tools give our team some seriously valuable insights to work with. Implementation was simple and the way it integrates with Salesforce is smooth. We rely on this tool daily for our operations. Customer support deserves a mention too as they're always there when we need help with any issues.

Cons

Nobody on my team could really think of any major complaints when I asked around. Everyone just keeps talking about how great this platform is.

Fits our needs

Pros

The setup process was simple from an administrative standpoint. Our sales team had been asking for something to organize their customer visits for ages and previous tools just didn't cut it. Installation was not an issue and the reps are thrilled with how well it works for them.

Cons

The only real drawback is how much it relies on your system's data quality. Since we have tons of accounts using PO Boxes as addresses, the mapping feature doesn't work accurately for those locations.

Data entry feels complicated

Pros

It connects perfectly with my consumer goods cloud platform.

Cons

Data entry feels complex and I find myself digging through multiple folders just to locate what I need. Really wish there were offline capabilities for areas with spotty internet connections.

Pros

Pricing is really competitive compared to other mapping solutions out there. If you just need some additional mapping capabilities for your business, this is definitely the way to go.

Simplified everything for us

Pros

The ArcGIS integration used to be a real headache for us. Once we switched to Salesforce Maps, everything changed. Drawing layers became simple, mapping service areas to field agents is now simple and tracking cases by location happens right within the map with just a few clicks.
