“Was good back in the day
Pros
I really liked how user-friendly it was and how simple it was to train my team to use it. It also includes a bunch of useful extras that genuinely help when I'm managing every part of the business overall.
Cons
After using it for several years, I was really annoyed to see the whole system effectively collapse on itself.

“Weak on the accounting side
Pros
Its cool that the time-tracking converts directly into invoices as it saves me from having to create bills by hand.
Cons
From my experience, the accounting side feels pretty weak and those minor glitches in the dropdown boxes can be really annoying.

I feel the scheduling needs work. It isn't as smooth as I'd like and the tablet interface could be much tidier and less cluttered.

Pros
Impressed with the functionality and it keeps getting better over time. The legacy tools we relied on never received updates. It's simple to use and I can strip it back to just the features I require. Highly flexible and configurable.
Cons
Wish the interface were more consistent across the platform. I'd also love native Android and iOS apps and the ability to print customer receipts directly from the truck when I'm using mobile devices.

Pros
I really like how easy it is to use. The interface feels user-friendly and it's incredibly flexible. I can keep dozens of separate screens open at once without it crashing.
Cons
For improvements, I'd like more customizable dashboards for employee views and greater flexibility and detail when handling employee payments, although it's possible I just haven't learned how to do those things yet.

“Effective for recurring maintenance work
Pros
For recurring maintenance work as well as one-off jobs, this system has been fantastic for us. I've never missed a billing cycle because our crew only travels to client sites that appear on their mobile schedules so invoicing stays accurate and timely.
Cons
I find it a bit awkward when managing large, multi-day landscaping jobs. There is a 'Projects' mode meant for these situations and I actually printed the walkthrough to try to learn it but it doesn't feel nearly as simple or user-friendly as the rest of the software.

Pros
I'm impressed that it automatically shifts every task tied to a lead from one stage to the next. An inbound lead created by an ad campaign is tracked through the entire workflow including the sales steps, follow-up communications, appointment scheduling, invoicing and payment and even into re-marketing and upsell efforts.
Cons
Reporting used to be their weak point which I found frustrating but recently I've seen them allocate more development time and resources to enhance reporting. They're adding and refining the specific reports users have been asking for and that we actually need.

Pros
Never have I had to worry about missing a client appointment or forgetting to send an invoice anymore! It keeps track of everything from scheduling to detailed "Job Costs," so nothing slips through the cracks.
Cons
It does take a bit of time for me to learn the system and carefully input all my existing clients' information correctly. However, once I complete that important step, everything runs smoothly.
