“I love it
Pros
I love how fast and easy it is to find all the info I need on one screen. The map feature is also super helpful.
Cons
I really wish it had an accounting program built in or that it could link up with PZ. Also, when adding items, it'd be nice if I could put them on a contract and select the markup all in one screen. That would make it a lot easier.

“Makes scheduling so much easier!
Pros
The system is so simple to use! I can see where the technician is, when they're on-site and off-site and even handle quoting without any problem.
Cons
Sometimes, it lags a bit and I also can't access email from the pop-up, which can be frustrating.

Pros
It's really easy to use and the customer support is amazing. They're always ready to help with any issue.
Cons
My only complaint is that it doesn't have a "back" button. It's something that would really help.

“Best tool for handling supply chains!
Pros
It is perfect for tracking and managing jobs, labor and invoices all in one place. Everything is organized so well that I don't have to switch between different tools or systems to keep track of things.
Cons
Reporting can be a bit tricky at times but I've noticed the new updates have definitely made it a lot easier to use.

Cons
I have no cons. I've used various platforms over the years and for the last 5 years, ServiceTrade has been my go-to. I wouldn't change a thing.

Pros
The app is super easy to use & I can quickly look up the history of units whenever I need.
Cons
I really wish there was a way to block off techs' time for vacations or medical leave right on the dispatch board. It would make scheduling a lot easier.

It is designed really well! It lets me put in all the details I need especially when I'm getting customer signatures.
Cons
After adding items to a work order, I think it'd be better if the word "Add" was changed to "Save." It would make more sense and avoid confusion.

“Absolutely hooked on ServiceTrade!
Pros
I absolutely love how easy it is to schedule recurring jobs. It's so simple to set up and once they're scheduled, everything just runs smoothly without me having to remember to do it each time.
Cons
The invoicing part is a little clunky, especially when trying to integrate with QuickBooks. There are too many clicks and I find it easier to just handle invoicing directly in QuickBooks.

Pros
Everything is simple..quoting, tracking, inventory, billing, paperwork and technician scheduling. It's all easy to use and learn. I love how everything is laid out so clearly!
Cons
I've noticed that the search bar is really picky. I have to be super exact with my search, or it won't find what I'm looking for. It'd be so much better if it was a little more flexible.

It makes my job as a supervisor so much easier. The support team is always checking in to make sure we're doing well and showing us ways to improve.
Cons
The report feature is just too expensive for us. That's really the only negative I can think of.

It is user-friendly and works perfectly with Building Reports. The integration between the two is smooth and I never have to worry about compatibility issues.
Cons
I'd love to be able to expand the main text box when quoting or preparing a work order. It would give me more space to work with and make things easier.

Pros
Great product! I'm really impressed with how easy it is to use and it's incredibly adaptable to fit our needs.
Cons
The labor and material entry screen on work orders can be a bit jumpy at times. I can move line items around easily but I have to save and refresh to get them to stay in place, which can be a problem.
