The mobile version is really convenient and easy to use. As a local manager, it helped me stay connected with the decentralized office planning team. They could handle interventions and planning, while I was always in the loop.

Cons

It focuses mostly on the French market but I've noticed its international presence is growing.

Pros

Using Smart Service with iFleet has made managing customers, scheduling and estimating repairs so much easier and more organized for me.

Cons

It took me some time to learn as I expected. Also, multi-day jobs didn't work very well for me.

Pros

Cons

Terrible, don't waste your money

Pros

Honestly, this was a terrible experience for me. I would strongly advise staying away from it.

Cons

It's pricey. After paying over 5K for mobile user accounts with no promise of monthly fees, they decided to charge me a monthly fee, which was really disappointing.

No service without Smart Service!

Pros

The installation team was awesome. They answered all our questions and even made a recorded video to help our future team members get up to speed with the software.

Cons

At first, our techs were resistant to switch from their old logbooks to this digital software but within a week, they saw a real boost in productivity. By the end of the quarter, they noticed the increase in commissions.

Pest control made easy

Pros

It is highly customizable, which is exactly what I needed. It has all the features that let me apply data to deliver consistent service to our customers.

Cons

Smart Service is really customizable but it means I need admins with advanced skills in software use and development. It's not always easy to navigate and there are some confusing layers and windows for data.

Outdated backend

Pros

Tech support was good but honestly, we only had access to it because we paid for the service. They did have answers and workarounds for us but beyond that I couldn't find anything else redeeming about the software. We gave it a fair shot but it didn't work for us.

Cons

The software uses Microsoft Access and honestly, it needed constant adjustments to make it work correctly. It kept crashing and needed server reboots and the technician tables never synced properly, which led to missing data. Imports and exports with QuickBooks were also a problem, with missing pricing and information. We used it from September 2020 to May 2021 before switching to a cloud-based platform that worked a lot better.

Very disappointing

Pros

It was easy to use and I really enjoyed working with it. I always had a way to keep my accounts scheduled and organized.

Cons

I used an older version of the product but when I tried to upgrade to the new system, they wouldn't give me a password for the old one and locked me out of my accounts. I had paid for it upfront for three years but couldn't transfer my data to a new computer. Now, I'm using a company that works way better and actually cares about their customers. I would've liked to upgrade but with that kind of customer service, I'll pass.

Smart Service for chimney solutions

Pros

The processes in this software have made it easy for me to track the progress of all my jobs, which has made managing them much simpler.

Cons

Integration wasn't difficult at all but I do wish I had more experience with report writing to capture the info the way I need it.

I wouldn't recommend this software at all

Pros

Smart Service had all the functions I was looking for. It met my needs perfectly.

Cons

After the second or third year, if you need technical help, they make you pay for each year before you can even ask a question! I needed help after the third year and they wanted to charge me over $1600 just to answer a simple question! I've talked to other scheduling software companies and they're all shocked by this tactic.
