Customer support is simply amazing

Pros

I never had to worry about explaining what we needed because their customer support team really knows their stuff. They are clearly experts in this field and the excellent service just makes everything even better.

Cons

Well I feel like the booking process could be more organised and there were also some minor delays in scheduling that caused some inconvenience.

User Friendly tool

Pros

Swept has all the features I need in one place and the customer support team is always helpful when I reach out. Doing inspections is also very easy and does not take much effort.

Cons

Sometimes the alerts don't come through right away and I feel like it could do better with gradually scaling up multiple accounts.

Simplifies complicated tasks

Pros

It keeps our cleaning crew and management team connected seamlessly. With everything in one place such as client details, inspection records, product usage notes and cleaning updates running operations is much smoother. Overall it has become essential for keeping our business organized and efficient.

Cons

We run into a glitch here and there but nothing major. The support team jumps on issues pretty quickly when they come up. Theyre great at listening to our feature requests, and even our more unconventional ideas receive genuine consideration for future updates

Good App for Cleaners!

Pros

I can clock in manually when I get to the job site and my supervisor can instantly see who's on the clock and send messages to everyone at that location at once.

Cons

Employees can clock in from anywhere since it doesnt verify whether youre actually at the workplace which I feel like defeats the purpose of location tracking.
