easy to use

Pros

It connects easily with QuickBooks Desktop which makes setup painless. I can also review the exported info before importing so I feel confident everything is mapped correctly. The software supports deposits directly inside the app and the data mapping into QuickBooks comes through properly.

Cons

Exporting and importing needs an active internet connection and there may be a brief processing delay. Aside from that, there aren't any real downsides overall.

costly!

Pros

Only real upside is that an older version still runs but it also warned me they'll shut it down remotely unless I upgrade.

Cons

Deployment is pricey, the annual fees add up quickly and it doesn't feel like you truly own the software. It's also tiring and pretty hard to learn. Also, the owner wears earrings.

quite buggy

Pros

There's very little I have to write here.

Cons

It functions as a basic CRM tool but its poor support, buggy performance and aggressive contract practices create a toxic user experience that far outweighs any minor technical positives.

billing issues that never resolve

Pros

Recurring billing, ability to keep customer data and emailing invoices are useful on paper. Incremental billing is also a solid concept and the inventory control features help organize stock.

Cons

Support was awful... techs came across as condescending and tasks took way too many repetitive steps to complete. There was also a software glitch that I couldn't get resolved and the issue never got fixed despite multiple attempts. To make matters worse, I've now been told my investment will stop working in just over a month unless I upgrade. Overall, the whole situation felt like a joke and I'd genuinely suggest staying away if you don't want to waste money and time.

tech needs serious work

Pros

From the outside, it looked like it could be an all-in-one setup. The sales team also gave us a pretty convincing pitch about what the product would do for us.

Cons

While it presents itself as a comprehensive all-in-one solution with a compelling sales pitch, the actual product suffers from severe performance issues and a dated, 1990s-era architecture that fails to deliver on the modern promise of the sales presentation.

very disappointing overall

Pros

Really don't have anything positive to say right now!!

Cons

Regrettably, my experience with this product has been pretty rough. It didn't meet expectations at all and it ended up feeling like a waste of time rather than something useful. The whole thing left me pretty disappointed.
