Tigerpaw Software Features
Service Desk And Ticketing
Centralized ticketing captures requests, applies SLAs, and records time in one place so nothing gets missed. Technicians update orders from the field, while status changes notify coordinators. The result is cleaner handoffs to billing and fewer callbacks because work notes and labor are documented alongside each job.
Scheduling And Dispatch
A visual board aligns availability, skill, and location to the right job. Schedules sync to mobile so field updates reach the office quickly. Clear routing and calendar visibility help dispatchers reduce idle time, avoid double booking, and meet response targets with fewer last minute changes.
Inventory Management And Asset Tracking
Inventory controls track serialized parts from warehouse to work order, including quantities, locations, and costs. Teams confirm availability before dispatch, which prevents delays and repeat trips. Accurate consumption rolls into invoices so revenue leakage is limited and parts usage is visible for contract and warranty decisions.
Quoting And Order Processing
Sales teams create quotes from a standardized price book, convert approvals to service orders, and keep status in one system. This shortens handoffs between sales and service, reduces double entry, and improves forecasting because upcoming installations and parts needs are visible earlier in the delivery process.
Reporting And Analytics
Prebuilt and configurable reports highlight trends across tickets, utilization, inventory turns, and billing outcomes. Leaders spot backlogs sooner and verify contract profitability. Among core Tigerpaw Software features, these dashboards support weekly check ins and help teams decide where to add staff or rebalance workloads through the month.

“does-it-all!”
Pros
I genuinely don't see much to dislike here, this software covers all the bases and also includes integrations for third-party tools.
Cons
No real complaints. Updates have been steady over the years as the technology has changed.

“Good for small teams”
Pros
Great software for running field service work when you're on a smaller team. We had around 15 people using it and it worked without any issues so scheduling and managing day-to-day activities stayed under control.
Cons
It's not the strongest option if you're looking for a proper CRM beyond field service. We tried using it for sales CRM for a while but it didn't really fit the job and the results weren't as good as we expected.

“decent...”
Pros
I'm okay with the software itself but it feels like the bigger problem is how the company handles licensing. It's hard to understand why a client's software perpetual license can simply be shut off.
Cons
This seems like a management decision to disable perpetual licenses which is a pretty rough way to treat customers who already paid for long-term access.
