“Highly customizable reporting dashboards”

TimeLinx is extremely configurable. I've managed to build custom reports and dashboards that show exactly the details I need which makes it much simpler to stay on top of decisions.

Cons

While I was updating a project schedule, the app froze and I had to wait a few minutes before it came back to normal.

User-friendly overall, with excellent customer support. It also rolled out quickly as a time-to-market solution.

Cons

Currently I am using it for time tracking and resource allocation so it overlaps with that part of my workflow.

Any software product tends to do well in the market when it offers solid customer support and it really focuses on delivering top, notch customer service and keeping us satisfied.

Pricing feels a bit on the expensive side and there are still quite a few features we need time to fully get used to and practice with.

I've noticed a lot of positives with this one. The dashboard is simple to navigate and work with and the whole layout feels user-friendly. Everything is organized in a way that lets you quickly get to the features you need without digging around.

The only real downside is that reports don't generate until the scheduled time for each task is reached. Other than that, it's pretty solid.

Can be pricey for smaller businesses. It also didn't include much in the way of communication features. Otherwise, there wasn't anything else that bothered me.
