“A complete admin solution for us

Pros

Since switching from pen and paper, our productivity has jumped by at least 30%, giving us more time to focus on side projects and growing the business. Both our office team and technicians stay connected on laptops and tablets making it very easy to create customer proposals and invoices with just one click. Notes and photos are saved digitally in customer profiles and work orders as no more lost papers or sticky notes. Everything is organized and right where we need it.

Cons

I feel like it would be helpful to have more filters for locating specific "Sent Proposals." Also sometimes I noticed when adding a customer with the same first name as an existing one, the system asks if you want to create a new entry even though the last name is different.
