Uptick software is amazing! It is easy to use and it has made a huge difference in boosting our revenue and streamlining operations at RAYN.
Cons
It is fantastic and very easy to use and while feature requests can take a little longer sometimes, I have never had any major problems with it.

Pros
What I really like is the flexibility and the support team. It makes running the shop so much easier. Whenever an issue pops up, updates come through quickly and work just as they should.
Cons
I don't have any issues with it. Whenever a complaint arises the team is quick to roll out effective updates and always follows up to ensure the problem is resolved.

One thing I love most about Uptick is how easy it is to use. It's packed with powerful features that cut down on administrative tasks and boost productivity. One of the best features is creating quotes quickly and accurately while having real-time visibility of field operations. Plus the seamless connection between office and field teams helps eliminate miscommunication and delays. Inspection reports, which used to take twice as long are now completed in half the time, allowing our team to focus more on providing great service instead of paperwork. Overall it has truly become a must-have tool for improving our workflow and keeping everything organized.
Cons
Honestly it is hard to pinpoint anything wrong with it. Almost every concern or suggestion we have shared with their team has been either carefully addressed and improved for everyone's benefit or cleared up when it was a misunderstanding on our end. Also their quick response and dedication to continuous improvement really stand out.

This software is very powerful and perfectly adaptable to our specific needs. Plus the customer service is exceptional and the support meets our expectations.
Cons
It can be a bit overwhelming at times due to the amount going on. There are some challenges since it is new to the North American market but we are working through them.

Uptick software is pretty easy to use with excellent features that make life easier for both our admins and technicians. I am thrilled to see how my team thrives with it and it keeps helping us grow.
Cons
At first the platform can be a little tricky to get used to because it's packed with features. Also technicians initially struggle with it but eventually love it once they get the hang of how it works.

It provides great clarity and transparency for our clients. Also scheduling tasks has never been easier. And the support from Aoife has been outstanding too.
Cons
We see a lot of potential in the platform but need more support to fully unlock it. Additional training and a gap analysis would help boost our efficiency. Also adding a logbook portal with a QR code on the control panel or equipment could be really useful. It would provide layout drawings and key info for local fire services when they arrive and having it in a read-only format would ensure easy access.

Pros
The technical support is top-notch and the software is very versatile. Plus it's constantly improving with new features being added regularly making it even better over time.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve at first but that's to be expected with any new software especially since it is our first time using management software.

Job management is much easier now and the client portal is very user-friendly. And I must say it is a great tool for planning upcoming work making everything more organized and efficient.
Cons
The pricing is on the higher side but as they say you get what you pay for. I would still recommend it!

Uptick software runs smoothly and ties everything together perfectly. Plus they are constantly updating the features and products within the software.
Cons
Service quoting could definitely be improved and I would recommend adding more design options. Right now all the quotes look a bit basic so more customization would really help make them stand out.

Pros
The data is easy to access and the workflows are strong. The interface is very user friendly and the ability to customize fields and add tags helps us stay organized. Overall this makes reporting and managing operations much more powerful and efficient for us.
Cons
Some of the reports are set up strangely like the engineer invoicing and sales conversion stats. They are linked to the month the quote was raised so if a quote is made in the last week of April but approved in May, it won't show as a won job in May. This causes issues for engineers when reviewing their performance as the jobs creation date should not affect the completion date. Also it is frustrating because this setup makes what could be a useful reporting system pretty ineffective.

My Rep is an amazing teacher. She goes out of her way to help us learn the software. We also love how the software keeps our business organized and on track.
Cons
We do not have any complaints about the software. The only thing is as with any new program it takes time to get used to working with it.
