We use it on a daily basis

Pros

We find it to be user friendly. Love how the pointer feature functions smoothly and being able to record every call means we can go back and review things later. My staff relies on this daily and it's actually prevented quite a few problems from happening.

Cons

I occasionally run into issues with the messaging feature. It's not always user-friendly. The bigger problem is when my internet connection gets spotty and the system just freezes up without any warning that there's a connectivity problem.

Gives me full view of everything

Pros

Really helpful for troubleshooting filters and softeners remotely and I can see exactly what the plumber is looking at from their location. A live video connection makes all the difference compared to just descriptions.

Cons

The connection takes forever to establish

Simple to handle

Pros

I appreciate how simple it is to manage and the video quality is really solid. Out of all the different services I've tried, this one stands out as the best.

Cons

Maybe the interface could use some cleaning up but honestly it doesn't really hurt the overall experience.

Freezes at times

Pros

I find it really effective when customers aren't sure about specific hardware components they need.

Cons

Sometimes we get stuck on a "waiting for agent" screen that customers can't get past making the whole thing unusable until it clears up.

Connects to customer's phones

Pros

I can point with the arrow to show customers exactly where components are located. The fact that it connects to phones without needing any app downloads makes the process super quick. This really cuts down my call times as a tech support agent since I can assist customers visually. Being able to see their computers lets me guide them through wire connections and other hardware setup much more effectively.

Cons

I wish there was an adjustable arrow slider so I could pinpoint those tiny components more precisely.

Anyone can use it :)

Pros

It's quite user friendly. Even my older customers who aren't tech-savvy can use it without any trouble. It's refreshing to have software that doesn't intimidate people who might be hesitant about using new technology.

Cons

The software doesn't give you or customers access to the flashlight functionality.
