“Quality is lacking”
Pros
I honestly haven't found much to compliment about this system. It could be due to how my franchise set it up but generally speaking, the only positive thing I can say is that I appreciate how it separates leads and clients.
Cons
I'll keep it short and just highlight the top 10 issues: 1. There are way too many screens to click through and navigate to get anything done. 2. The reports don't match up or tell a clear story because sales should be consistent but the numbers don't add up from report to report. 3. Booking a committed lead to a client, including setting appointments and adding labels, takes way too long. It feels like something from the 1990s, not 2024. It's like DOS with a slightly prettier but still nonfunctional interface. 4. The payment system is confusing, and it's tough to look up client history. 5. It's hard to track franchise royalty payments compared to total sales for the franchisee experience. 6. Support is slow, disorganized and lacks accountability. There's no SLA to address issues in a timely manner. 7. The training and flexibility of the system only lead to inconsistent use and too many different ways of doing things, which causes the data mismatch. 8. The calendar view is difficult to read; what looks like a 3-4 PM appointment might actually be 3:30-4:30 PM. You shouldn't have to open each appointment just to see the real details. 9. The app feels like a totally different experience than the UI and the functionality doesn't match up. 10. The admin user setup is too limited and there's no role-based access between admins and regular users. This is a crucial feature for any system to function properly. I've never used a system without some level of management control.

“Who exactly benefits from CRwhoM?”
Pros
The user interface has a lot of potential and honestly, that's the only positive thing I can say about this software.
Cons
This is definitely not a CRM. Honestly, I end up using Excel to work with Vonigo's data exports. What's the point of using Vonigo if all I'm doing is exporting data?

“Great platform with good scalability”
Pros
This is hands down the best field service CRM/ERP for franchisors.
Cons
In my opinion, the UI feels a bit outdated compared to newer competitors.

“Amazing tool!”
Pros
Vonigo and their support team really stand out when it comes to tackling integration issues. Whenever I had a concern, they worked with me to create a solution and I always felt supported throughout the process.
Cons
I think route optimization sometimes has issues, but to their credit, they work with me to make sure it doesn't impact my business.

“Unresponsive and needs updating”
Pros
I originally chose Vonigo because of the booking feature by zip code, which we loved. But we could never get our online booking interface to look professional. Customers kept complaining about the aspect ratios being off, pages blinking, and they'd often give up and call to book over the phone. I reached out to Vonigo several times to fix this but after creating a few serious cases to address the UX issues, I just gave up. Getting support was nearly impossible. Try calling their technical support now and you won't hear back for a week. Imagine having a CRM problem and waiting a whole week for a response, that's unacceptable.
Cons
They're pricey and they charge over $750 to implement features that other basic CRMs offer for free. $750 just to add online payment? Really? We all know they're just tweaking existing code. It feels like they spend a few days figuring it out and then charge us for it. Vonigo wants a lot of money for things that come standard and free with other CRMs. And their support is almost nonexistent. That's the part that frustrates me most. They don't seem to care about staying in touch. You have to chase them down online to get any response.

“What's going on with Vonigo?”
Pros
It used to have more pros than cons. It was a great tool for screening and scheduling our donation pickups, but now it's just too glitchy. Sometimes things just stop working, and getting in touch with tech support is nearly impossible. That wasn't always the case.
Cons
It used to be fine but it seems like something changed , maybe they got bought out, or the management style shifted. The tech support is either understaffed or just not up to par. Whenever I need help now, first they deny there's an issue then they claim it's unfixable and only after I push hard enough, they manage to fix it. I get the labor shortages due to COVID, but I'd rather hear, "We're working on it, please be patient," instead of " There's nothing we can do."

“Simple to customize”
Pros
The system is incredibly flexible and offers a lot of customization to fit our specific needs.
Cons
It took me some time to get the hang of things and I'm still learning new features, even though I've been using the software for years.

“Still successful for nationwide operations”
Pros
The support team is always available and most of the time, you can talk to a real person when you need help. It also helped us manage and generate sales, profit and booking reports from all our franchise units across the country. Plus, it had an integration system that allowed our customers to book slots only when our vans were available. We could even create promo codes on the fly, and they'd work immediately on our website. There's so much more but we use their service every day.
Cons
It's expensive and there are some bugs that have caused us to lose sales but everything was eventually resolved after escalating to a manager.

“im pretty satisfied”
Pros
I've been using Vonigo for about three months now, and like any new platform, I had to get the hang of the details to really benefit from it. I'm happy with how it integrates with other systems we use like QuickBooks and Authorize.net for credit card transactions. The best part has been the support team, they always reply quickly to my questions and if things are too complex, they even send over short video tutorials to guide me.
Cons
There's always room to improve and simplify, and the team is open to hearing suggestions and even implements some of them.

“Simple system to use”
Pros
I really like how easy it is to access call recordings and switch phone extensions for orders. The recordings have always worked well, and there's plenty of storage space for what I need. Since we frequently switch who takes calls for orders, being able to change which extension rings is really convenient.
Cons
I really wish we had more data analysis on the calls.

“Why Vonigo is a my fav”
Pros
Vonigo is powerful but also flexible and customizable to fit how we do business. The support team is quick to respond and they're so patient and helpful. You can get reports on almost anything you need and if a report doesn't exist, their support team will create a custom one for you. What I really appreciate is that it doesn't just try to sign you up, they actively suggest ways to use features better and actually ask for feedback on how it's working for us. You don't see that often.
Cons
I found it a bit tricky to learn at first because Vonigo is customized for each user. I think having more general help videos in the knowledge base would be helpful and ease the burden on support for more complex issues. Also, a "back" button to return to the previous screen would definitely make things easier for me.

“Excellent product with excellent customer service”
Pros
This product has really helped us streamline and automate our workflow, letting us focus more on sales and customer service.

“Highly customizable tool”
Pros
I love the support team. They actually respond to calls and emails, unlike so many other CRMs we've tried. We've used four others, and none of them compared. It lets us automate invoicing, estimate follow-ups and even send emails and texts. They also customized the software to suit our business needs. What's more, they even challenged us to make some changes to be more efficient. If you're not a fan of change, this software is not for you!
Cons
It took me a while to figure out the software due to the number of features and its layout being different from the previous system we used. The email automation setup isn't simple and you need a bit of coding knowledge to get it right, though they can guide you through it.
