This tool has been most useful for its simple interface, how quickly it lets me log activities in real time and the clear visibility it gives me over tasks and time from anywhere.

Cons

One thing I've liked less about Work&Track Mobile is that sync can be slow at times and a few features are not very simple when you're just getting started.

Each service can customize it to fit its own needs which is a big advantage. The program is modular so it adapts well to different setups. It also creates reports automatically and lets you send them either to a group or to a specific operator.

Cons

As with any management software, it takes some time and effort to learn how to use it properly. Some people expect it to handle everything on its own but that's not really how it works. On the plus side the team does guide you so you can customize it to match your specific needs.

The thing I value most is the real-time visibility the application provides. I'd also highlight the service and how professional every single person behind it is.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the bulk download of work reports. It pulls too much information, including empty fields.

Building workflows feels very simple, with a simple design system and a really comfortable interface especially for users without a programming background.

Just a suggestion that I would like it to have stronger charting capabilities because that part falls a bit short though not by much. The dynamic reports are excellent for live management but the charts can be a little tough to work with.

One of the biggest strengths of this product is how adaptable it is to different company processes. In our case, it has helped us spot issues and lower the error rate in shipments. We have also cut down management time which has improved productivity and communication and coordination between departments have clearly gotten better. Its API also gives us the option to extend functionality in a much more specific way. On top of that the human side of the experience deserves special mention, during implementation the commercial team and user support have been quick, friendly and genuinely helpful whenever questions came up and that has been incredibly important.

I would enhance a few of the form components although I understand that this is tied to something very specific to my company.

One thing to handle carefully is communication with subcontractors. At the beginning they may show strong resistance to change unless you clearly explain the benefits of using third-party software for both sides especially as a way to verify and demonstrate that the work has been completed.

For managing business processes tied to worker locations, this has been the best BPM software I've used. It does an outstanding job as an optimizer and route planner especially for logistics and transport operations.
