“Transformative for Facility Management
Pros
We have been using Wowflow to handle our facility and maintenance processes and it's truly transformed the way we work. It is very easy to use as our technicians and team were up to speed quickly, with no need for long training sessions. The mobile-first approach is fast, so we can report issues, track progress and give updates instantly even on-site. Also there is clear documentation and accountability, so no more lost emails or confusion about who is doing what. Everyone knows exactly what needs to be done, by when and by whom. The support and onboarding are excellent too as the team really listens and adapts and their assistance is quick, effective and personable.
Cons
There aren't many integrations with third-party tools like ERP systems or external calendars, though improvements are being made. The reporting features could also be more customizable, especially for larger teams that need detailed analytics.

“Great for multilingual teams
Pros
The app is available in the employee's native language and the automatic translation feature makes everything much simpler. Now communication flows smoothly and as a result two people stayed on because of this improvement.
Cons
It is a shame that comments in tickets are not automatically translated yet. However the good thing is that the team is open to feedback and is already working on a solution.

“Logical and simple Workflows
Pros
What convinced me most was the simplicity and the very logical workflows. This also makes the implementation time short and easily predictable.
Cons
In my opinion the UI design could use some improvements mostly in terms of aesthetics rather than functionality. On the good side they are continuously making updates to enhance it.

Pros
Setting up Wowflow is easy and it is very user-friendly. Also it is a great tool for streamlining internal processes and making everything run more smoothly.
Cons
The biggest challenge was getting external partners to use it regularly since we work with many different stakeholders.

“Game-Changing PDF Reports
Pros
The PDF reporting feature has been a real breakthrough for us. Since property managers need clear, traceable documentation, we can now generate full property reports with one click, including photos and task updates. It saves a lot of time and effort while also making our work much more transparent for clients.
Cons
At first, our team was unsure if adding a new tool was really necessary or if it would work smoothly. I also had doubts, especially since some long-time colleagues were hesitant about the change. But those concerns quickly faded once we saw how easy it was to use and how much it reduced errors.

“Manual Steps Eliminated which is Awesome!
Pros
One of the best thing is that a lot of manual steps have been eliminated. Also maintenance tasks update automatically, we no longer need to manually copy emails into the system and we receive timely reminders.
Cons
Initially we used it for a week alongside the old ticketing system. It was a bit of extra work at first but everything went so smoothly afterward that we were able to shut down the old system quickly.

“Improves complaint handling
Pros
Thanks to Workflow we can now address complaints in a more constructive way. Plus the client has constant access to all the data which speeds up communication and makes the process smoother.
Cons
Well I noticed that there is no option for creating quotes, contract management or invoicing within the app.
