Simple and accurate

Pros

We started using this platform two years ago and it's completely changed how we handle work orders. Everything from repair calls to recommended fixes, safety issues, and refrigerant tracking gets managed with accuracy and simplicity. Our quote turnaround times have improved dramatically which means we can give customers the information they need to make smart decisions faster. Unit history, sales opportunities and estimates are all easy to track now. Anyone can find what they need with basic searches. The workflow possibilities and data collection through custom questions are practically limitless, really only constrained by what you can think up. It's become an essential tool that helps us consistently meet customer expectations and build stronger relationships with them.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this platform. Every issue I've brought up has been resolved quickly and professionally with solutions that actually work. On the rare occasions when something couldn't be fixed right away, the team kept me informed about what was happening and gave me realistic timeframes for when things would be sorted out.

Mobile app is a plus

Pros

The mobile app makes it convenient for our field techs to input data during site visits and they don't need to be tech experts to figure it out. Creating custom workflows through the website is simple, even our supervisors can set them up. Having both mobile and web options gives us the flexibility we need for different situations.

Cons

Programming features in workflows are pretty limited right now, though I hear calculations and other functions are supposed to be added soon.

All in one solution!

Pros

I can access pictures, live diagnostics and documents all through one link which has been helpful for our school. It's a complete solution.

Cons

Hard to keep track of all the firmware updates since they only notify through email so we have to stay on top of checking and updating regularly

Helpful for documentation

Pros

I've found this tool helpful for documenting information that we share with corporate and customers. The learning curve involves figuring out how to configure the right questions for your specific workflows but once you get that down, everything clicks into place. It makes answering questions about technician work much more simple.

Cons

No downsides. They value customer feedback and introduce updates based on it.

Efficient tool

Pros

I really appreciate how quickly this tool provides the answers I need. Being able to create jobs and set up custom workflows that fit my specific field work has been useful for my industry needs.

Cons

The only thing that bothers me is getting multiple email notifications. I'd prefer just one notification when the entire job is finished instead of alerts at every step, though it's manageable.

Wonderful support!

Pros

This program helps our service team create detailed videos and pictures of their onsite work. It also keeps us on track by making sure we complete each step of the workflow on every job. The onboarding was smooth and Adam has been great at training both our office staff and field professionals.

Cons

I'd like to see better placement of the shared customer link down the road. This might be outside their control though since it connects with our service management system.
