It's user-friendly whether you're managing things as an admin or just using it day-to-day. Building forms is simple and there are plenty of templates to choose from. I really appreciate how the different license tiers help control who can access what and manage templates effectively.

Can't write data back to Salesforce which was our main reason for buying this in the first place.

Creating forms is simple even for beginners without prior experience. Our team can quickly access and view everything making information retrieval fast and efficient.

Deeplinks are really handy for opening mobile forms with all the info already filled in.

The only thing I'd say it's lacking right now is the ability to record videos directly in the app.
