“all-in-one workflow”
Pros
Having all these modules together in a single platform is a huge plus. It brings customer records, dispatching, schedule management, estimates, invoicing, technician time cards and price and item lists into one place which makes day-to-day operations much more convenient.
Cons
Because it's cloud-based, access can be interrupted if the internet goes down. On the other hand, that same setup means all your information is available from anywhere even while you're away on holiday.
