Cons
If I had to point out something, maybe the price. There are cheaper or even free alternatives but they do not integrate within the Zoho ecosystem.

Creating forms is super easy. I was hoping it would integrate seamlessly with Zoho CRM since I already use it.
Cons
I wish the integration was better. It does not always work well with other Zoho products or different platforms and transferring data or saving forms outside of Zoho can be a problem. Plus, getting support when needed is almost impossible.
