Considering the cost, I would absolutely suggest this system to anyone managing a fleet of loaner or rental cars.

“An excellent marketing tool
Pros
ARS is not just user-friendly but it also acts as an excellent marketing tool for our shop. Even with a smaller loaner fleet, the whole process and all the forms look professional and carry our branding.
Cons
It would be great to have a shareable link so customers could enter their own data, like drivers license details, insurance information and a signature. Currently we are using our own separate website to collect this.

“efficient rental management

What I like is that you can input customer details as you get them and go back later to edit or add more without being locked out or forced to restart. I also love that once something is in the system, it stays there. So no need to re-enter anything. It is also great that it automatically tracks dates for things like expired licenses or insurance, flags if someone under 21 is trying to rent and shows how long other vehicles have been checked out. I mean the system simply won't let you proceed until these items are taken care of. You can book rentals in advance or when customers walk in. Looking up the history of a rental or a customer is easy when needed. The note section is fully customizable for our specific needs. Plus being able to generate an invoice directly from the system with all the correct information already populated cuts down on errors, which is especially helpful for insurance-paid rentals. Our representative is amazing. Her understanding of the system and her support while we were learning were top-notch. In short she is helpful, efficient and responds quickly, saving us a lot of time during the workday. Overall this software has saved us so much time getting customers checked in, into their rental and back out the door smoothly. In our line of work, time is money and anything that makes us more efficient is a huge win.
Cons
I am not a big fan of how many steps it takes to move a vehicle into the GROUNDED section, though that might just be because I do not do it very often and forget the process.

My favorite part is how simple it is to operate. We can monitor our loaner vehicles every single day and take them out of service for repairs whenever necessary.

The platform is user friendly and simple to work with. It has all the features required to track vehicles precisely and can be customized to fit specific requirements. And I especially loved being able to assign particular vehicles to specific service advisors!
Cons
Well I really wish there was a way to scan in a drivers license and insurance card directly, since GM requires copies for their files.
