“Bulk contact upload and scheduling

Pros

I appreciate that I can upload a big contact list and schedule all of the emails to go out at once.

Cons

Sometimes the app behaved glitchily and I noticed it would occasionally resend an email that I had already sent earlier.

“Driver tools with alerts and imaging

Pros

What stands out to me are the excellent settlement tools and the colour-coded alerts and updates. The imaging capabilities and notification system are truly impressive.

Cons

Couldn't pinpoint any particular features that I disliked or felt compelled to critique. My only suggestion would be to simplify the login experience a bit, the logon flow could use some streamlining to make it more feasible.
