Pros
What I like most is how feasible it is to use as nothing feels overly complex or out of reach. I also find tailoring features to my specific needs surprisingly simple which makes the whole experience feel personal and efficient.
Cons
So far I haven't run into any problems with this software. I can't think of any drawbacks at the moment.

Pros
I find the Ocean Container Dispatch System really easy to navigate. Everything is laid out logically so I never waste time searching for what I need. I also value the real-time updates which keep our operations current and help us respond quickly to any changes.
Cons
A major drawback for me is that it can't connect with live container arrival data so I don't receive arrival information.

The product is very user-friendly, simple and easy to navigate from day one. I also find customer support consistently responsive and helpful whenever I reach out. It's rare to find that level of reliability and care.
Cons
When I'm filling out the B/L and tabbing through the fields it skips the P-R-O field instead of moving the cursor onto it.

I've found the software is built with carriers in mind and I find the support team's responsiveness gives it a personalized feel.
Cons
In my experience there isn't much about the software that I dislike. True TMS platforms focused on carriers, or exclusively designed for them like this one, are hard to come by. It does include a lot of bells and whistles but I see them as purposeful, every extra feature seems intended to improve the carrier's overall user experience rather than just add clutter.

Moving to this system has simplified tracking and I find it has dramatically reduced the time spent on accounts receivable.
Cons
One improvement I'd like to see is a way to flag shipments that have OSD issues and keep them in a distinct holding area rather than letting them continually appear in the undelivered report. I'd prefer OSD shipments to be separated out and retained in their own queue until the problems are resolved so they don't clutter the regular undelivered list.

This product really helps me locate specific orders quickly and I find the multiple convenient navigation options very convenient.
Cons
It would be great if I could change some things myself instead of always having to contact the administrator. It's nothing major like programming work, I'm referring to small conveniences, such as being able to add or write specific notes on statements without admin help.

Experimenting with the software feels safe and I know the support team is always ready to assist with any question or new feature.

From my experience with NOVA the help documentation is frustratingly out of date, when there is information for a particular feature it's often outdated and sometimes there's nothing there at all but a blank page. I'd much rather be able to look up how to do something on my own than feel compelled to call customer support every single time. Also, new and useful features sometimes appear without any announcement so I end up pleasantly surprised to find something 'new' that in reality has been available for months. The software still has a few buggy areas and updates can occasionally cause downtime though usually it's short-lived.

Professionalism from the support team impresses me and I feel reassured knowing they are genuinely committed to helping.
Cons
What frustrates me is that the system gives no warnings when it is about to have an important expiration, like a CDL, their medical certificate, or their annual review so I have to track those deadlines elsewhere. Likewise, the maintenance area doesn't alert me about upcoming services, yearly inspections, or tag renewals. To make matters worse, the maintenance search is extremely limited, I can't look up vehicles by VIN or by license plate/tag number which I find to be a major shortcoming for managing a fleet.
