Fantastic support that goes above and beyond

Pros

The post-sale customer support was absolutely fantastic as they went way above and beyond what I expected. They managed to recover data for one of my cars which was something I did not even think was possible for them to do.

Cons

It does not include every single piece of important information about your vehicle. So it would be great if you could pick and choose which details to display for a specific car and set it up as your own personal reference page.

Great for attaching photos!

Pros

A feature I really like is being able to attach photos and receipts. Also having all the past work orders displayed on a single screen is very convenient.

Cons

What I dont like is that it does not send email notifications for scheduled or assigned work orders and since I don't use it daily, I'd really appreciate getting an alert when something is coming up or has been assigned to me.

very easy setup

Pros

Getting everything set up was not a problem as it was very easy. The pre-made templates were excellent too and uploading photos and I must say documents could not be simpler. Moreover the customer service is outstanding too as they always pick up the phone when you call!

Cons

The Inspections tab is a bit confusing for us. Since a third party handles our DOT inspections using their own official form, each year I just upload a copy of the signed document to the glovebox section instead of using this specific area. So I am not really sure how this tab is supposed to function unless you are performing the DOT inspections yourself.

An incredible app with fast custom support

Pros

The app itself is incredible. On top of that their team responds incredibly fast, sometimes within just a few minutes. They have even added a few custom features for us based on our requests. Overall it's worth the investment as it's a fantastic tool.

Cons

Well the price initially made me hesitate but in the end it was completely worth the cost.

Simplifies life for vehicle maintainers

Pros

Since I maintain my own vehicles, this app makes my life and my record-keeping so much simpler! Also it is incredibly easy to use and I genuinely enjoy using it. I recently added a new motorcycle but my personal account only allowed for 5 vehicles. But the Autosist team made upgrading my plan very easy. I do not usually pay for apps but I am happy to for this one because I use it constantly.

Cons

There is not much negative to say as it simply works as it should!

A huge fan, makes fleet management simple

Pros

I love everything about it. I am a huge fan of this product and how easy it is to use. Managing our fleet has become so much simpler because of it.

user-friendly with easily accessible data

Pros

Overall it is very user-friendly. I also really like how much information it stores and how easily accessible that data is, whether I am ordering a part for a piece of equipment or checking a vehicle's MPG.

Cons

While it offers more features than I currently need, I sometimes find it challenging to navigate the platform. So I am uncertain whether this is a shortcoming of AUTOsist itself or simply a result of my own inexperience as a user, though I am inclined to believe the issue lies primarily with my own familiarity.

Great maintenance reminders

Pros

I really like the maintenance reminders and the service history section which helps me keep track of exactly how much money I am spending on each vehicle.

Cons

Not a complaint but the inventory section was the part I ended up using the least.

Simple real-time work order system

Pros

The work orders feature is the most useful part for our team. It is simple for any employee to report something that needs fixing and our mechanics can see those requests and what's happening in real time.

Cons

I find the requirement to log the price of fuel each time to be unnecessary for our operations. Since we use bulk fuel tanks and have a contracted price with our supplier, this specific detail is not important for our team to track. That said, it is not a major problem, as we can simply enter a zero dollar amount to proceed.

Pros

It has been essential for keeping our fleet in good shape. Their support team is quick and effective with their responses and solutions. They even designed and added a completely new feature to the app just to meet our specific business needs. Plus they genuinely prioritize customer support and making sure we are satisfied.

Cons

The app can be a bit buggy with several glitching errors and sometimes it's slow to process inputs.

A comprehensive custom fleet tool

Pros

We use AUTOsist as a comprehensive tool to track our entire fleet and our job sites, all thanks to the team who helped us customize their forms to do exactly what we needed. They are incredibly helpful and have been wonderful to work with.

Cons

we absolutely love the service reminders!

Pros

We absolutely love the service reminders! They make it incredibly easy for our office to track which vehicles need oil changes and when registrations are due for renewal.

Cons

Because of how large our fleet is, gathering all the VINs, license plate numbers and other details for the initial setup took quite a while. But once we provided all that information, the team handled the rest of the configuration for us.

Excellent for managing a dispersed fleet

Pros

AUTOsist has been excellent for managing our fleet, especially with our widely dispersed workforce. It is user-friendly and has been vital for maintaining accurate records and sending reminders for updating vehicle insurance and registrations. The weekly and monthly checklists for each vehicle have also been a very useful feature.

Cons

When you fuel up a vehicle multiple times in one day, like on a long journey, the system can get mixed up with the previous odometer reading. It pulls data from the wrong entry and the order of fill-ups does not always display correctly which causes problem for us.

Great for quick access!

Pros

I really like what we mainly use it for such as getting quick access to information on different equipment and vehicles, checking maintenance history and seeing what upcoming maintenance is needed.

Cons

Umm I would not say I dislike this because it is just how the data works but I do find the process involves a lot of manual typing. Obviously, without a direct digital transfer, you have to enter it by hand. Still sometimes I feel there has to be a more streamlined way to record all the service and maintenance done on equipment, especially when an outside company handles the work and I am manually entering details from their invoice.
