“User-friendly with very good support

The platform is user-friendly and the support from the Avrios team is very good as they respond to us pretty quickly when in need.

Cons

I think the process for decommissioning and archiving vehicles could still be simplified and improved.

Pros

It is simple software to operate and anyone can learn to use it with a bit of training. Plus all driver and owner obligations can be managed easily and the interface is super clear.

I cannot think of much right now as I am thoroughly satisfied overall.

Pros

We can manage multiple different companies side by side. The best thing is that it has automatic drivers license checks, reminders for statutory inspections (UVV), MOT (TUV) and driver safety checks.

Cons

The pool car reservation system used to be an issue but it's been revised since then and is now excellent.

Pros

You can see all your vehicles including a total cost of ownership summary, at the push of a button. It even handles the recording and linking of vehicles, drivers and fuel cards. There is also automatic integration with fuel card providers.

Cons

Nothing as the software is constantly being expanded and refined.
