Pros
What I value most is how it gathers all the essential information into one place.
Cons
It is frustrating that when booking a fleet vehicle, the driver who needs it cannot just choose the car themselves. Instead an administrator always has to confirm and assign it which adds an extra step.

I genuinely believe the program itself is excellent! However this positive impression is entirely undermined because a feature that was previously free was suddenly switched to a paid version without any advance notice. This change effectively forces us into accepting the paid option. I mean it feels quite unfair to advertise what is included for free and then alter the terms in this manner.

A feature that was free was suddenly switched to a paid model without any warning!!! This essentially forces us into taking the paid version. It is really not right to advertise what's included for free and then just spring this change on users.

Pros
It is excellent for tracking and extracting data related to mileage, managing deadlines, archiving invoices and handling accident reports. The reporting tools for fleet management are also very good.
Cons
We are not able to integrate the data with our internal company processes. Also some of the reports can be difficult to understand.

I like the simple, user friendly operation. The procurement menu item is useful too and the automatic reminders for scheduled tasks are a great help.
Cons
The integration with our fuel cards has been an issue, it has not been possible to establish a proper interface for that connection.

“Compact format with full fleet overview
Pros
All the information is presented in a compact, at a glance format. So we get a full overview of the entire vehicle fleet, a total cost of ownership summary and the fleet dashboard is really helpful too. Plus repair details are automatically logged and linked from invoices, there are options for creating your own analyses too and the damage management system is excellent.
Cons
The maintenance planning and preventive maintenance features could be designed better. For now it is not possible to identify duplicate repairs and the system is geared toward the legal framework in Germany, so it lags a bit for Austrian regulations.

Pros
I value the inspection interval reminders like service and MOT. Plus the overall clarity of the interface and the ability to generate custom reports are amazing too.
Cons
As per me the search function for repairs or spare parts could be more in-depth. The workshop area, in general could be enhanced too. For example with better research tools for previous repairs.

The high level of user-friendliness is great. Plus there are lots of automated functions for drivers and refueling and it brings all vehicle-related data together in one place that makes it easy for us to analyze.

The product is easy to use, has a good interface and is user friendly. Plus our current contact person is always available and very quick to respond to our questions.
Cons
Initially we had some difficulties with the invoice import section and the resolution times were lengthy. However everything has been sorted out now.

Pros
Having an overview of every invoice for each car is a huge help for keeping track of all the repairs that have been done.
Cons
When we navigate back from a specific cars details, it always takes us back to the general overview instead of the filtered list we were just in. Also fuel cards have to be entered in a separate step instead of being linked directly to the vehicle itself. Adding new suppliers is also a bit difficult and tricky.
