“Lower costs simplifies everything for us

Pros

The integrations with fuel systems, ELDs and other tools are excellent as they connect smoothly and help us lower costs while making daily operations much simpler. Everything talks to each other the way it should which cuts down on manual work and keeps our fleet running efficiently.

Cons

I have not come across any downsides to this software so far.

What truly sets this platform apart are the fuel and ELD integrations. By automating key processes, they've driven down expenses and made our daily workflows noticeably smoother and more productivas they have helped us cut costs and made our workflows much more efficient.

So far I have not come across any drawbacks with this system and haven't found any negative points to report.

“Great pricing with Samsara integration

Pros

I must say the Samsara integration, automatic fuel-card syncing and Axis features are far better than my old system and the pricing is great too.

Cons

Nothing major but I'd like full accounting features but the good news is that they are currently working on them.

“Samsara connection is amazing

Pros

I am really impressed with the Samsara connection and how the fuel card links automatically. Overall Axis is much better than other TMS systems I have used and I also find the cost very reasonable.

“All features with easy navigation

Pros

It has all the features a trucking company needs and is very easy to use. Also the app is good for drivers as they can check in and out of loads and upload BOLs attached to work orders. Navigation is easy too. And I can upload all records for drivers, trucks and trailers and access them easily when I am not in the office. It also keeps maintenance logs for each truck and sends reminders when maintenance is due or a driver's certification is about to expire.

Cons

When we first started we ran into a lot of glitches because of that I was calling support almost every day. It felt like they were still working on the system and it was not fully ready. Plus it took months to fix and convert the IFTA data. Too many windows open when switching screens, pages load slowly and document scanning quality is not very good.

The system has everything a trucking business needs and is very user-friendly. Plus the app makes it easy for drivers to check loads in and out and attach BOLs to work orders. Navigation is simple and user friendly too. I can even upload and store all records for drivers, trucks and trailers so they are accessible even when I am not in the office. I also track maintenance logs for each truck and get reminders when service is due or a drivers certification is about to expire.

Cons

At the beginning my experience was rough as there were so many glitches when we first started using it that I ended up calling support almost every day. It felt like they were making fixes on the fly and the product wasn't fully ready for daily use. It took months to get our IFTA information entered properly. I also struggled with having too many windows open while switching screens, slow screen load times and poor quality in the document scanning.

“Removed spreadsheets with excellent training

The software is easy to use. Also the training and support are excellent and the interface seems user friendly and has effectively removed my need for spreadsheets.

Honestly I can't think of any downsides as whenever I suggest a feature they put it in the queue and follow through to develop it.

To be honest, I have no complaints as every idea I suggest gets added to their development queue and they actually build it.

Pros

One thing I like most is how simple to use it is. It provides every service someone could possibly need when starting a new company. We have our payroll, email, phone and a complete truck driving system with accessories through this solution. Also the team is consistently supportive and communication is outstanding!

Throughout our time using this product we have not discovered a single flaw. I honestly cannot think of anything about it that I don't like at all.

What I like is that it lets me capture everything in detail and includes all the features I want and it is affordable. Overall it's a strong system that works well and is easy to use.

Overall I am impressed by how affordable this product is compared to others especially given the number of trucks we run. The app is also easy to use and navigate though it has a lot of features and screens.

Well I do not have a long list of complaints but I keep running into some issues. Such as the system shows too much information so I feel like it could really be simplified. Customer support is also slow to respond when I need help.

The sole feature I like here is the alerts for driver/truck expirations.

There are multiple steps and different screens for entering data and it does not correctly feed into payroll as expected.

Pros

This platform is quite easy to use. It bundles every service you'd need when launching a company from payroll, email and phone to a full truck driving system complete with accessories. We receive our payroll handling, email setup, telephone support and the whole trucking management suite through this product and the team is consistently supportive while communication remains outstanding.

Cons

Since we started using it, I have not noticed a single flaw. In other words there is really nothing I can criticize or say I dislike.

What I like is that it captures every detail of what you need. Also it's affordable and overall it's a great system that performs well while remaining easy to use.

This product is noticeably more affordable than most alternatives especially once you factor in how many trucks are in your fleet. I also find the application quite user-friendly and easy to navigate, though it does feel packed with features and could be simplified a bit.

I don't have many complaints but three main issues stand out. Such as there's too much information so I feel lke it could really be simplified. Navigation often opens new pages instead of staying on the same screen which breaks the flow. plus customer support is not very quick to respond.

Axis TMS reminders for driver and truck expirations are really helpful.

Cons

The thing that frustrates me is that entering information requires too many steps across different screens and the data doesn't flow into payroll correctly the way it should.

Pros

I really like is that it handles almost everything you'd expect from TMS software. I also value the real-time tracking feature. Another aspect I find useful is that the system breaks down the profit for every booked load and even calculates the deadhead cost which helps me see true margins per shipment.

Cons

The scanner in the driver app does not take clear photos. Also the payroll module is confusing and does not let you set up custom pay schedules which makes managing driver pay harder than it should be.

“Not useful for our drivers

Pros

The tracking feature is really helpful as staying on top of BOLs makes my job easier and I like the reminders for driver qualification folders.

Cons

Drivers often tell me they can't view the information which forces us to enter the same details twice because they close the pickup before I can finish.
