“Need a lot of improvements

Pros

The load overview is the best and entering loads is also very easy. Plus, it stores a lot of information which has proven quite helpful for us.

Cons

Since it is a remote connection, logging in was a hassle because I couldn't access it from anywhere. Getting files off Axon was also not easy, and it did not streamline things as promised.

“Why look elsewhere

Pros

There are so many great things that I can say about Axon. The best part is how user-friendly it is. I have used a lot of accounting programs but nothing comes close to it. Plus you can find any info you need and keep digging deeper from any screen.

Cons

Very difficult question it is. Well if I had to pick something, maybe the price. It is definitely not cheap, but honestly it's worth every penny. The value you get is incredible. Even though I am still discovering new features but it is exciting to keep learning what it can do.

“A must-have for truck management

Pros

We have 24/7 access to every truck's location, which makes it easier for us to ensure on-time deliveries. We can even track speed and how drivers take turns, helping us coach them to extend the life of the trucks and tires. Also it is great for spotting traffic or blockages that could delay deliveries.

Cons

My company members and I have to spend a lot of time learning and understanding it completely. Also, the reports are not the easiest to export to Excel.

“User-friendly

Pros

It makes it easy to add or remove drivers in the system. It also tracks fuel and mileage, allowing us to make IFTA reports without any problem.

Cons

I wish it provided a quicker method to do taxes. I feel like doing them quarterly would make a huge difference.

“Customizable system for dispatch and finance

Pros

Axon Trucking has so many good things about it, as it is customizable, easy to use and provides unlimited storage. Also it keeps rolling out useful updates. We can run IFTA reports, sales tax reports, in short pretty much any report we need. Even it covers everything trucking-related in one system.

Cons

It was quite expensive, but to be honest, I failed to find anything else that covered exactly what we needed other than Axon.
