“Not ideal for round-the-clock trucking
Pros
It was pretty easy to get the hang of BigRoad, and it made spotting trends in the data simple for us.
Cons
The customer service is literally poor. When switching to ELD mode, I had to contact their support team for every single unit because the process was not as simple as they claimed. On top of that, their phone support stopped answering after 2 pm my time, leaving drivers without a way to reach a real person when they needed help.

“Made the switch for betterment
Pros
Back when we used BigRoad, I found it easy to learn and navigate. Plus, I find their pricing packages quite competitive too.
Cons
Before the ELD Mandate, we decided to remove all BigRoad ELD units from our trucks and replace them with Motive ELD units. The biggest issue was that BigRoad's system could not properly recognize Canadian rule cycles, which led to false violations on drivers logs.
