“Essential real-time tracking for invoices
Pros
At the company I work for, we use Cigo every single day to gather all the invoices for our commercial credit clients. The real-time delivery tracking is very important for our business. We need to monitor deliveries and our entire company across Canada relies on Cigo for this. In the finance department we need Proof of Delivery documents and this tool makes it very simple to get them.
Cons
For a large company, it is fantastic. However if you are running a small business, I would not recommend it. As it is designed specifically for delivery management and does not handle order management.

“A seamless switch from buggy software
Pros
We used to have problems with another provider that just would not send notifications, would randomly reset time zones and had other buggy issues that disrupted our operations. Ever since we switched to Cigo, all those headaches have disappeared. The integration was seamless, daily operations run smoothly and even our end users contacted us to say how much better the notifications are with this app. Overall it's been a great experience as a client. The interface is also user friendly and well-designed, which meant I had very few questions. On the occasions I did open a support ticket, their staff responded promptly. So I'd highly recommend it.
Cons
Switching from our old logistics software was like moving from the dinosaur age into modern times and I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about it, except that they have so many advanced features that my smaller delivery operation does not really need to use.

I love that the customer support went above and beyond to make sure we were perfectly set up and ready to succeed!
Cons
One thing I noticed is that some extra services like auto-split, come with a separate cost on top of the main fee.

“Smooth API setup
Pros
Their API setup is smooth and simple. The routing features and overall software use are easy too and it is all supported by a world-class customer service team. I can call them and usually have a solution within an hour. Most of the time, they answer the phone right away.
Cons
I think it would be great to have better or more detailed reporting about the drivers.

“Ease of use with phenomenal support
Pros
I like the ease of use, the accuracy and the efficient routing. It is the perfect solution for delivery management. Plus our account executive has been phenomenal at keeping us informed about new features and taking the time to ensure we are getting the most out of CIGO. I mean it is rare to see this level of engagement from a sales executive after the sale is complete.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of anything I dont like. They are very open about their development plans and they respond to questions incredibly quickly. I have been with them for a few years now and it's been great to see them continually implement improvements and new features.

The mobile app is great and the delivery confirmation texts and emails sent to our customers are excellent. Our customers really love the live-tracking updates they receive.
Cons
Umm I feel some reports could be enhanced. For instance, it would be helpful if downloaded review reports could include written comments, not just star ratings. Also, it does not track the miles driven for each delivery. So having mileage tracked and included in the Planner Report would be beneficial for our operations. This is not exactly a complaint, as we knew before signing up that it did not offer this feature.

Pros
This program captures every piece of information, so I never have to enter the same data twice. Plus with just a couple of clicks, I can quickly find or locate my trucks and customer details. I mean it is very very user friendly.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any drawbacks at the moment. This software is pretty easy to figure out and use.

I love all the features that create an Uber-like experience and bring a modern feel to the delivery process.
Cons
It should be easier to make adjustments to routes and the software needs to be stable enough to save those changes without unexpectedly reverting back to the original plan.

“Scheduling and tracking with confidence
Pros
One thing I really like is being able to schedule and pre-schedule deliveries with complete confidence. Also the text notifications sent to clients for tracking their orders are an excellent feature. It helps me manage close to 100 deliveries every week efficiently and I don't know what I'd do without it!
Cons
When customers try to track the drivers live location, it is not always 100% accurate.

“Transformed our delivery service operations
Pros
Adding it to our delivery service has completely transformed how we operate. Before this, we would spend hours texting and coordinating with customers without ever having a completely accurate arrival time. But this tool has upgraded our customer service by providing precise timeframes, arrival windows and live updates that our clients really love. Once you go through the training, the software is easy to navigate and it is simple to train new team members on how to use it. So I highly recommend their services.
Cons
We dont have anything to add here, since we are not using every single feature to its fullest, so we do not feel qualified to give feedback on them.

“Simple route planning!
Pros
Planning routes is really simple to do and the built-in messaging system is very handy.
Cons
There is a complete lack of reporting. We really need reports based on zip codes, cities, vehicles, drivers and other key details.

“Great for efficient routing and tracking
Pros
It is a great system to use if you want to route vehicles for the most efficient travel time and I also find it excellent for tracking each individual delivery.
Cons
Nothing too major but it took a little while to get used to the process. Also there are a couple of things I wish worked better. Such as after a delivery, it prompts the customer to leave a review on Google or Facebook, but the actual reviews only appear within the tools system, not on those public sites. Also there is a recurring glitch where a hazard icon appears with a warning that operators may not arrive within the time window, even when this has not actually been a problem and the delivery was completed well within the scheduled window.

“The best for organizing client routes
Pros
I have tested several software programs to organize our client routes and this is definitely the best. And full marks for the exceptionally high-quality customer service. Moreover it is very simple to use for planning routing, sending customer notifications and many other features are good too which we do not even use yet.
Cons
We are really very satisfied with their services, honestly they are the best.

Pros
What stands out is the simplicity of the integration and how usable the platform is. It has a very user friendly interface and they provide exceptional customer service. They even assign you a dedicated account manager to answer any questions you might have.
Cons
