A seamless all in one experience

Pros

Having everything in one integrated system creates a seamless experience from beginning to end. This makes it easy for us to manage and simple for customers to get started.

Cons

Pros

They have a support team that is always available and ready to help with absolutely anything we might need.

Cons

You cannot add or remove extras from a booking thats already live, which really limits our flexibility to adjust an active reservation.

A comprehensive system

Pros

The customer support is excellent and really helps you through the initial setup and I'd say the software itself is very comprehensive, so it can fit a lot of different types of business setups.

Cons

A few parts of the system can be a bit confusing to figure out but the support team responds quickly and is very helpful.

dynamic system with incredible support

Pros

Once you learn all the features and aspects of the Coastr system, it becomes a dynamic and exciting product that gets easier to use and manage. Though I am still far from knowing everything it can do but they have regular updates that add value for both me and my customers. Also I have received hours of assistance from the support team. They have been incredible, offering a level of help and time that goes far beyond what any user might normally expect. Whenever I email or call with an issue, it gets resolved extremely fast, often with clear advice on how to fix it myself next time. Honestly the customer service from these two people is a major reason I have kept using the system.

Cons

For my specific business, which has fewer customers but more long-term contracts and a high number of vehicles per client, the setup was a bit harder because I could not attach initial condition photos to the bookings. This obviously creates a challenge if damage is later reported, though I understand why the system is designed that way. I also really wish the platform could integrate and link Penalty Charge Notices.

Great features

Pros

The rate of new feature development, the fleet profiles, the online booking questions and the easy website linking are all great.

Cons

There are a few things that need improvement, such as the way invoice line items are billed and the ability to split billing for a single rental agreement.

Easy navigation and simple mobile app

Pros

I really like how easy the system is to navigate and how simple the mobile app is to use.

Cons

The layout of the Rental Agreement document could be improved but I have been told this is being addressed in an update planned for Q4 2023.

Pretty easy setup with full support

Pros

The setup and implementation were pretty easy. We had full support throughout the entire process. And having 24/7 cloud-based access is also a big plus.

Cons

I have not run into any major problems yet. But it's worth noting I am not currently using every single feature in my business.

Pros

User-friendly with powerful features

Pros

I like that they have designed it to be user-friendly while still including all the powerful features you find in other top rental software platforms.

Cons

To be honest I cannot really point to any flaws because they always listen to feedback and suggestions and implement them in a really short amount of time.

An invaluable time and data saver

Pros

The amount of time it saves and how easily we can collect and access all kinds of information is absolutely invaluable.

Cons

when you are checking a vehicle back in on the mobile app there is no reference to the starting mileage and the ending mileage. So I think it would be great if you could configure it to take payment for any extra miles directly through the app and then print a receipt from there.

Instant fleet status visibility

Pros

It provides us with instant visibility into our fleets status and availability which makes it the best for us.

Simple integration cuts down costs

Pros

The product is simple to integrate into my daily business operations. Plus having all my essential tools like billing, vehicle tracking and inventory in one single software cuts down my costs. It also gives me peace of mind knowing I am dealing with just one company that provides all these services for a reasonable fee.

Cons

Since I run a mobile business, I do not always have my desktop computer with me. Sometimes I need to process a booking directly from my mobile app which I understand is a feature they plan to implement this year.

Very easy to use!

Pros

Its very easy to use and I would definitely recommend it to other rental companies. Plus all the the sales executives are extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to assist you, so I am very happy with the service.

Easy to use with an impressive range
