The way this system aligns the workflow is a big plus. It makes verifying drivers and handling pickup, check-in and check-out much more convenient.

One thing I would really like to see improved is the ability to view all available warehouse time slots before having to enter the full shipment details.

For me only frustration is that frequent portal updates often arrive without any guided walkthroughs which creates confusion. It also makes it harder for users to adopt the new features.

Appointment history is very detailed so you can clearly see each step of the process for every booking. It shows who requested it, who created the appointment, who rescheduled it, when changes were made and other useful activity details.

One limitation is that the "facility rescheduled" confirmation option cannot be overridden. Because of that the scheduler does not receive the rescheduled email from the system and we have to cancel the appointment and create a new one on our side so it is properly set up and the driver can check in upon arrival.

Having all warehouse activity visible in one place has been a huge help for our team. We can check the status of inbound and outbound operations from anywhere at any time which makes it much easier to direct manpower, plan schedules properly and manage dock allocation efficiently.

One thing we would really like to see in the future is a dedicated iOS and Android app since everything would be much clearer and easier to read than using it through a mobile phone browser.

Using this product has been a really positive experience because it's easy to navigate. Even though it feels simple, it offers a wide range of features that give it an advantage over similar tools. I also really appreciate how responsive and helpful the support team has been.
