Carriers search that network with instant refresh and automated filters, while brokers post loads and search for trucks with no usage limits. Load recommendations narrow the same results further, placing best-fit freight at the top of a carrier's list based on their lanes, their equipment, and how they run.

DAT One measures supply and demand with metrics that factor in historical trends, normalize post and search behaviour, and account for outbound volume. Those metrics display separately for vans, reefers, and flatbeds, and the view zooms into a single market for detail or widens across a region. The same index covers past, present, and future conditions, with seven-day forecasts.
CarrierWatch
The software lets brokers qualify carriers against a searchable database of thousands of transportation companies. Each record holds authority, Department of Transportation profile, safety rating, inspections, crash data, and insurance status, and users save or print the insurance certificate itself. Once a carrier joins the watchlist, CarrierWatch checks those same details daily and sends an email alert when any of them change.
Freight Factoring
This feature pays carriers in three steps: haul the load, submit the invoice in the app, then receive the cash in hours. Loads posted on DAT with a dollar sign are eligible, and automated invoicing identifies which of those invoices to factor. The DAT Outgo debit card releases the funds instantly and lowers the factoring rate to one percent on every purchase.

Every DAT load board subscription includes this directory of transportation companies, which users search by entering their own criteria to evaluate a large list of brokers. Each entry in that list lists bond and credit history, longevity in the industry, and average days to pay, with user reviews alongside.
