“excellent live tracking & tracing
Pros
Its live tracking and tracing capabilities are excellent. I particularly like that this functionality works smoothly for both delivery and collection operations.
Cons
Regarding reporting, we'd like more functionality. Currently we cannot find a report that lets us analyze exactly when and which driver visited a specific address.

Detrack support team and their quick responsiveness are great. Overall I'd say it is a one-stop solution for delivery management.
