“Extremely useful for daily routines
Pros
This tool is extremely useful and makes my daily routine a lot simpler. Plus I love having the Proof of Delivery documents available online, so if a customer ever questions a delivery, we can just download the POD and forward it to them immediately.
Cons
I genuinely cannot think of anything I dislike about it. The software has only been beneficial for our operations.

Pros
The ease of use is great, along with the driver management and delivery features. Their customer service is also excellent! Overall it is a top-notch system for managing deliveries.
Cons
Well the initial learning curve is a bit steep and the cost per license feels too high. I think the premium features should not be so expensive to access.

Everything runs smoothly. Our customers really like the system, we do not have lost deliveries anymore and operations are much quicker now.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind. Honestly it is really tough to find a flaw with this app. The only thing we are waiting for is an Italian language version.

Pros
I really value the ability to send drivers updated jobs instantly. The recent addition of recurring scheduled jobs has also been a great help.
Cons
One thing I dont like is that I cannot copy and paste an identical job to another day. I am not talking about rescheduling but creating the same job with a different address. To do this I have to manually re-enter everything. Also setting up recurring jobs based on specific dates is very confusing.

Pros
One thing I love is how easy it is to use and how simple it makes tracking jobs. When a customer has a question, I just type in the job details, it pulls up all the information and I can give the customer proof of delivery right away.
Cons
There are a few extra tabs and options that I don't really use, so they feel a bit cluttered. It would be a nice improvement if I could make some small adjustments to tidy up the interface and hide the things I don't need.

“User-friendly with flawless tracking

The interface is user friendly and simple to navigate, even for team members who are not very tech-savvy. The real-time tracking and proof of delivery features work flawlessly too which helps us keep customers updated and improves our service quality plus the mobile app is lightweight and works reliably out in the field.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have more flexibility with branding and setting up custom alert triggers. Also integrating the software with our other business systems has been quite difficult.

We picked Detrack for our small company because it helps us stay organized and makes tracking our trucks effortless, it gives our drivers, our internal team and our clients visibility, which helps keep everyone in the loop.
Cons
Being a small business, we dont have a dedicated IT person. So i wish setting up certain features was more simple, the user interface can be quite complicated for someone less tech-savvy like me. For example, I have read the instructions on sending emails or texts to customers through the app but we have never used that feature because it requires a third-party program and a complex integration process.

Our customers are always kept up to date on our delivery status which makes it a awesome tool for us.
Cons
The platform is not very customizable. We dont need the separate Pickup and Delivery tabs since we are not a delivery service. We are a trades company and use this to schedule jobs and update our customers on our location. So if it could be tailored for service businesses, it would be a great feature for other tradespeople.

Cons

Detrack's ability to track deliveries and map out routes for our drivers is outstanding. Additionally, the feature to update driver trips in real time and monitor their live progress is absolutely crucial for our operations and this tool performs that function for us.

Detrack software is simple to use, very user friendly and training our new drivers on it is very easy too.
Cons
The estimated arrival time in the pre-delivery text that it sends is often significantly inaccurate. Sometimes we are only ten minutes away, yet the automated message states three hours. This forces us to manually edit that notification every single time it occurs.

It really feels like a tool built for our specific needs, making our entire operation more reliable and easier to manage.
Cons
One downside we have experienced is with the price increases over time. While the features are useful, the rising cost can put pressure on our budget, particularly for smaller companies. So I feel like it is important to balance the benefits against these hikes, as they can affect our logistics planning in a competitive industry.

It is very affordable, makes it easy to add new users and the interface is simple for both drivers and managers to use too.
Cons
I noticed that it currently lacks a two-way integration with Xero. The system also does not include tools to manage recurring customer schedules internally, instead relying on uploads from a spreadsheet. Furthermore there is no option to attach photos to a job for driver reference, nor the ability to add preset items and descriptions with individual pricing for regular clients. The reporting functionality is also very basic and we often find we can gain more insight by exporting the data to Excel.
