From a value-for-money perspective, EYERIDE delivers far beyond expectations. The features provided justify the investment and have helped us reduce inefficiencies, improve scheduling and maintain stronger operational control without added complexity or hidden costs. Our sales guy is truly AMAZING! The customer support team is outstanding overall. They are responsive, knowledgeable and proactive. EYERIDE'S ease of use makes it accessible for both management and staff. The system is accessible, well-organized and easy to navigate which reduced our setup time and allowed our team to adopt the platform quickly. The route planning and real-time tracking capabilities are reliable and pretty accurate, giving us clear visibility on our vehicles at all times. For example it even allows us to track our vehicle's exact speed every step of the way. This has improved on-time performance, route optimization and overall accountability across our fleet. It even has GEOFENCE which alerts us when our vehicles are in certain locations that we set. EYERIDE also excels in delivery management, providing a clear and structured workflow that allows us to monitor progress, address delays proactively and maintain consistent service quality for our clients. A standout feature is Eye Ride's Wi-Fi service which has been consistently strong and reliable. The connection remains stable with almost no interruptions so we get smooth communication, system performance and an enhanced experience for both drivers and passengers. We have experienced minimal bugs or technical issues and when updates or adjustments are needed they are handled professionally and promptly. The platform remains stable and dependable even during peak operational hours.
