“Very disappointed”
Pros
I started with Big Road and then "upgraded" to Fleet Complete. Definitely a bad choice!
Cons
BE AWARE!!! Along with poor hardware, unreliable software and terrible customer service, this company is downright predatory, as I've just found out. We signed a 3-year contract in May 2021 and from the start, the reliability of their hardware went downhill. Our trucks kept having connection issues. Customer service just kept getting worse. So, when our contract was up in May 2024, we decided to cancel. I called multiple times but could never get through. My calls went straight to voicemail and no one called me back. I even left several messages saying we were canceling but nobody reached out to guide us through the cancellation process. I had no choice but to send an email saying we were canceling the service. But now, Fleet Complete has sent a COLLECTION AGENCY after us, claiming we owe an "early termination fee." Apparently, there's some fine print in our contract saying that we needed to give 60 days' written notice before the contract ends or it will automatically renew for another 3 years! This is predatory behavior and it should be illegal. Be very careful before signing anything with this company!!!

“Great customer support”
Pros
The customer service was really personalized, with one dedicated rep who helped us every single time we ran into an issue.
Cons
The hardware, the MSG800, would often fail and it took forever to get it replaced by an installer.

“One of the leading fleet companies”
Pros
I really like all the features it includes, like tracking, reminders and even the ability to set warnings and speed limits for our fleet. It makes driving much safer and also helps schedule preventative maintenance appointments easier.
Cons
Sometimes the website can be a bit hard to use and the vehicle connections are a little spotty here and there, but honestly, it doesn't cause too many problems.

“fleet management solution”
Pros
The tracking of our company vehicles was incredibly useful. It gave us real-time updates.
Cons
Using the program was a bit tricky and it got frustrating. It wasn't always easy to figure out and I ended up getting stuck or having to take extra steps to make it work. It took a while to get used to it.

“Sales team deceived me”
Pros
Honestly, there's nothing good to mention. From the very first day, it didn't have the functionality that was promised.
Cons
The sales team straight-up lied to me. I was told I could either pay upfront for the devices or get them for free, but I'd have to sign a 3-year contract with an early termination fee. I chose to pay for the devices. But in the fine print, they still kept the early termination fee. And right from the start, the devices didn't have the features they promised. About 1.5 years in, the devices just stopped working one by one and support was no help. When I tried to cancel, they wouldn't let me because I had an open support ticket (the devices weren't working but they couldn't figure it out). So, I kept paying about $340 a month, even though we switched to a different provider. The GPSs stopped working too. In the end, I was still hit with an early termination fee of around $1,400, even though I had paid for the devices upfront and was told I wouldn't have to. The only reason I canceled was because the devices didn't work! It's shameful. Support was terrible too , they kept transferring me to AT&T and then AT&T would transfer me back. Most recently, I couldn't even get through to support; the system just asks me to press a number for my preferred language and that's it. It never connects.

“Outstanding service”
Pros
The technical solutions, support and customer service were all pretty decent. Whenever we ran into any issues, the support team was quick to respond.
Cons
It takes time to create an individual solution but when it's finally done, the result is good.

“Worst customer service experience”
Pros
The GPS information was accurate and timely but that's about it. The rest was horrible.
Cons
I've been trying to cancel for 6 months but they just won't let me. They keep saying I have to talk to a retention team specialist before I can cancel but they never answer my emails or phone calls.

“Reliable solution!”
Pros
It works for what we need and the price is right. The software is easy to use and generating reports is simple. Plus, the customer service is excellent.
Cons
I haven't had any issues except for the web-based help site, but the representative help is phenomenal.

“Horrible app and tech support”
Pros
Basically, the only thing worth mentioning is the "new Hub." Nothing else stood out.
Cons
The technology is way behind the competition and the technical support was horrible and totally incompetent. They couldn't fix any of my problems after 3 weeks of trying. I had to repeat my issue to 3 different members of their support team. Just don't do business with them, ever.

“Amazing customer service”
Pros
It is really easy to use and the truck installation came with simple instructions. Customer service has always been there to help me with any tech issues I couldn't figure out myself.
Cons
Sometimes it takes a while to get help over the phone, and it's hard to communicate with my area representative.

“Useful product with strong intent”
Pros
The prices are pretty good when compared to other companies offering similar services. I've looked around and honestly, Fleet Complete offers competitive rates that make it a great option if you're trying to stay within budget.
Cons
It's impossible to get help from customer service .. nobody knows who to transfer you to for help and it's like they don't even know the product they sell. When I no longer needed the service, I tried to cancel but they didn't cancel it and kept sending me bills. I eventually got them to cancel but then another bill came in saying I owed for early termination and equipment. This is why I sold on the product , no contract and I paid for the equipment in two installments. When I tried to contact the original people who sold me the product, I asked multiple times if there was a contract, just to double-check what I read. They assured me there wasn't and I even checked again before I signed. But then they didn't answer my calls or voicemails. The good price isn't worth all the hassle.
