Before we managed our car rental business using multiple Excel sheets, each dedicated to a different part of the process. We had one sheet for the client database, another for agreements, one for accounting, damage reports, maintenance and planning. Basically, every single aspect of the business had its own Excel sheet. Now with Fleetmaster, we have one online tool that lets us manage everything all in one place. The best part is the powerful business intelligence tool it comes with. With accurate analysis, we can quickly identify what changes are needed and take action. On top of that, we built an API to connect with our bookkeeping system, and we found a fast, effective solution there too. We can run everything from this one tool, and the biggest bonus is that we can manage it from anywhere we want.

At first we missed having a proper BI tool but after a quick meeting last year, they added the feature really fast. Great service!

It's very user friendly, clear and simple to navigate. The support team responds quickly whenever we reach out. Also you can request custom reports tailored to your specific needs. It works seamlessly on tablets, smartphones and computers. Overall we are really happy with it and highly recommend it for anyone wanting to track vehicles perfectly, digitize their fleet and streamline customer invoicing.
