This software is a black hole for time and money. Since we adopted Haulvana, our operational efficiency has plummeted. Routes that should take four hours are now taking six, thanks to an algorithm that seems to actively seek out traffic and dead-end streets. Our billing department spends half their week correcting Haulvana's fictional invoices. We have lost customers due to the sheer unreliability this platform introduced into our business.
