“Works fine...

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. And being able to see our entire fleet at once has proven quite beneficial for us.

Cons

The reporting feature, especially for stops works so slow since the last few updates. It used to be much faster before. I hope they look into this matter and speed it up again.

This is such a big upgrade for us from paper inspections. Also the app is very user-friendly and I love that we can customize inspection categories and specs for different vehicles.

Cons

I wish we could get inspection reports without creating a failed item. It would also be nice to get notifications when inspections are completed without needing a failure to trigger them.

“Good, but lack in a few areas

Pros

IntelliShift app is really easy to use and I like being able to pull up the map. However at times, it feels like the app has more info than the web version.

Cons

As mentioned before the web version only shows stops but sometimes the app provides more info, which annoys me.

“Hands down the best GPS tracker

Pros

I love the GPS tracking on the trucks as it is simply the best for keeping track of everything in real time. In short, my overall experience has been great and I would definitely recommend this to any company managing multiple trucks.

Cons

To me fleet activity tracking always feels a little off. It is not as accurate as I would like.

“Website needs serious improvement

Pros

When the system is running at full speed, it is amazing. But we have run into so many issues that we are probably going to switch to a new company.

Cons

The response times are poor and reports take 30 seconds to load. Also the stop reports are inaccurate and the in vehicle software keeps failing to report stops and their durations correctly.

I interact with the Intellishift team every day and I have to say that their team and company culture are top-notch, just like their product.

I feel like more integrations and better API documentation would be great, especially in todays platform driven world.

IntelliShift allows me to see all my vehicles in one place, which helps me keep things running properly and even lets me monitor idle time.

The live tracking has way too much lag. It takes too long to update vehicle locations which frustrates me.

It is user-friendly. And I can see how it would work well for companies with large fleets that need more detailed tracking.

Cons

There is a noticeable delay on units that aren't used often. And if a unit has been off for a while, it takes a while to reboot and come back online.

IntelliShift is actually really user-friendly. The ease of access and accuracy are also spot-on. I am completely happy with both the customer service and the product itself.

The real-time tracking is proven one of the most useful features for us. It makes managing our fleet so much easier.
