When it comes to driver settlements, I find the platform makes it much easier to process several employees' settlements at once with a single click, which significantly aligns administrative tasks.

I have noticed some glitches related to address handling but beyond those sporadic issues I haven't experienced any other problems.

I want to take a moment to applaud TMS, its thoughtful, meticulous engineering markedly reduces the likelihood of mistakes and I find the layered checkpoints woven throughout it ensure that schedules and task assignments are executed with an exceptional degree of precision. Living in an environment where both speed and correctness matter greatly, it is very comforting to have a TMS that not only simplifies our processes but also acts as a safeguard against avoidable errors, thereby helping to preserve workflow integrity. This dependable behavior has a tangible impact on our overall productivity and the success of our operations. In my view the evident dedication to sustaining such a sturdy TMS merits recognition, so I wanted to express my gratitude for the teams responsible for its development and rollout.

Generally speaking, I have been very satisfied with the program's features and the way it performs day-to-day, nevertheless, there is an problem I've run into on occasion. From time to time when using the LoadStop function the display will unexpectedly gray out which, although relatively minor, interrupts my concentration and pauses my workflow for a short period. Even with this hiccup, I remain appreciative of the software's overall capabilities and responsiveness and I would be grateful to learn whether a patch or update addressing this specific glitch is planned for an upcoming release.

“Integrates almost everything we need

Pros

I appreciate that it brings together nearly all of the functions we need to run a trucking compan and I find the customer support to be outstanding while the platform's visual design and overall user experience feel attractive and well thought out.

Cons

The date filters sometimes default to very old ranges which means each time we open the dashboard we have to manually adjust them, adding an unnecessary step to our workflow.

It connects smoothly with alot of external applications across multiple categories, encompassing LoadBoards, ELD systems, vehicle Tracking solutions, Accounting packages and numerous other complementary tools.

Because the software is relatively new, I have faced features that are not yet completely reliable and expect the occasional bug, however, I've also observed the development team issuing updates very frequently which leads me to believe it will quickly become a stable alternative to more established software.

I find the interface highly interactive and by providing several different reporting options, it helps me to generate customized reports quickly and without confusion.

While using it, I feel the data entry steps could be simpler. Right now, it takes more time and effort than it should.

I am still searching for a report that will display a driver's balance as of when it was established and show how many settlements have been processed against it, which would allow me to see a real-time amount due on that original balance.

From my experience, the team working behind the scenes at Loadstop is excellent and whenever I run itno an issue they move quickly to address it, in most cases my problems are resolved within minutes. I also appreciate the software's interactive workflow and because of the wide range of integrations they provide, I find that it significantly reduces the volume of administrative tasks I need to handle in the office.

When it comes to integrations, I've noticed that while a number of them function flawlessly immediately, others demand a longer period to configure correctly, particularly the mapping stage, so I need to exercise patience before I start experiencing the advantages they promise.

I value the product's amazing functionality, extensive integrations and dependable tracking and because it is easy to deploy I have also noticed the support team is attentive and genuinely open to pursuing system improvements.

although the platform provides alot of features, many of those capabilities suffer from bugs that support helps to address and I find the reporting functionality still needs considerable improvement.

I understand no TMS functions flawlessly but I appreciate that Load Stop's excellent support team actively resolves issues and what stands out most to me is that their platform is born from careful trucking industry research and a genuine effort to view processes from a carrier's perspective.

We have tried numerous software solutions over the years and often found them overly complicated and cumbersome to operate, however, LoadStop proved to be remarkably easy to use, integrating all the functions our trucking business requires and I regularly rely on their support team which remains consistently responsive and helpful whenever issues arise.

Cons

I find the NetSuite integration to be a protracted procedure that takes longer than I'd like and I would prefer the implementation to be completed in a much shorter timeframe.
