complete solution for local deliveries

Pros

the app contains everything required to handle local deliveries efficiently, it feels like a very comprehensive solution.

Cons

What frustrates me is that within preparation lists, there is no way to add the customer's address directly, although this shortcoming can be worked around since the address can still be included on the route PDF, consequently, there is really not much else wrong with the app.

game-changing order sequencer

Pros

I've found the feature that automatically imports every WooCommerce order, including all associated products and then organizes all deliveries into the correct sequence to be an absolute game-changer for my operations.

Cons

In my experience, the live-tracking functionality definitely requires improvement, although I appreciate that the team has already begun working to enhance it.

Helpful support!

Pros

What I like most is that the interface is very user-friendly and it comes packed with numerous capabilities, while the developers also incorporated additional functions so that the product aligns even more closely with our specific needs.

Cons

No cons so far, moreover whenever something hasn't been functioning correctly the support staff have been exceptionally responsive and always resolve the issues.

Easy to plan ahead

Pros

it's very easy to use and I can plan routes several days ahead whenever I want.

Cons

I dislike only one aspect, when I try to shift orders to a different day on my phone, I can't select all of them at once to move, so I'm forced to tap and move each order one by one which is pretty annoying.

Great customer notes but need improvwments

Pros

As someone who manages customers, I find the tools for organizing our customer base to be very useful and I particularly value the capability to save each customer's photo and signature which adds a helpful layer of verification and context.

Cons

I feel the route-planning feature needs significant improvement if this app is to become the top planning solution available on the market.

Perfect for us & easy to learn

Pros

This application is very user-friendly and after investing just a small amount of time to learn its nuances, I discovered it is easy to operate and fully meets my expectations.

Easy route planning

Pros

Using Logistia appeals to me because it combines interactive operation with the adaptability small-scale farmers need when they bring produce directly to customers' homes and that balance makes daily logistics much less stressful. The people who build and support the platform are excellent, they pay attention to the input we provide and return with thoughtful, effective fixes. I'm pleased that planning my delivery routes takes only minutes, while adding new stops is quick and notifying recipients in advance about their impending drop-offs is easy. Overall, collaborating with Logistia has saved me a great deal of time!

Cons

I don't really have any major complaints, since the application simply operates reliably for my needs and that dependability is something I like. The team appears to be developing a set of new features that should be released in the near future and I am looking forward to discovering what they will add next.

Everything we need and more

Pros

Logistia delivers everything we were searching for and then some and I genuinely like how the team repeatedly goes the extra mile to ensure the application is tailored precisely to what I require.

Cons

Initially I noticed the application ran a little sluggishly which was frustrating at first but after some time and updates I have experienced consistently smoother and more reliable performance.

Shopify integration saves time

Pros

I find that it integrates very smoothly with my Shopify store and saves me a considerable amount of time and I also appreciate that it automatically sends messages while I'm out making deliveries.

Cons

the app can be somewhat unstable and frequently fails to display maps during use and the overall user experience is fairly confusing so it takes me a long time to become comfortable with it, I wish the interface were more alignd.

love the email alerts

Pros

What I really appreciate is that it sends me notifications to my email about items that require attention due to low quantities and it also lets me add notes to particular products so that follow-up actions are clear, furthermore because all of my different suppliers are listed I am able to monitor every category of inventory, whether out of stock, running low, or fully stocked and the interactive color-coding draws immediate attention to the statuses.

Cons

We don't place orders via email, instead we submit individual order sheets to our supplier, so that particular capability isn't useful for our workflow, although there is the option to export an XML file which could be used if the supplier can accept and process that format.

The only logistics app that fits with shopify!

Pros

It was the only application that met my requirement of supplying a logistics solution to my team while also integrating with Shopify which saved me from juggling separate systems and manual syncing. Having run demos of several other route-optimization tools, I found that the absence of native Shopify connectivity forced me to spend an extraordinary amount of time importing orders and constructing routes by hand. With Logistia, importing orders and producing routes for multiple drivers is easy and the platform can proactively notify customers of their estimated delivery times. What I appreciate most is that when an order is marked as 'Delivered' in Logistia it automatically updates the corresponding order as fulfilled in Shopify.

Cons

Learning to use the program required a bit of patience from me because it took some time to understand all of the features and workflows but once I became comfortable with the interface it all started to make sense and flow naturally. The developer has been very responsive to my questions and provided a thorough walkthrough of the app, which greatly accelerated my onboarding.
