Logistia adds stops by typing addresses, importing Excel and CSV files, selecting orders from e-commerce platforms or using geo-points for precise locations. It sets departure times and driver start and end addresses and allows automatic assignment or manual pre-assignment of stops.
The software optimizes multi-stop routes with advanced algorithms to group orders into compact, fuel-saving sequences and reduce planning time. It respects time windows, service times, vehicle types, capacity constraints and delivery areas when generating optimal routes.
The platform creates dispatch routes using dynamic optimization to choose fast, fuel-efficient paths and adjust routes in real time to keep deliveries on schedule. It enables moving orders between drivers, swapping routes, selecting multiple orders for batch edits and reversing sequences with one click.
The system captures delivery evidence with photos, digital signatures and annotations to provide instant, auditable proof-of-delivery. It attaches proof to the order record, updates delivery status and enables automatic fulfillment updates to connected commerce platforms.
