“Flawless GPS tracking!”
Pros
I have never experienced a GPS signal drop and in my usage the positioning has been completely reliable and 100% accurate.
Cons
However, my sole annoyance is that the device's GPS position refreshes automatically far more frequently than I prefer, which can be distracting or unnecessary.

“Easy to use & switch but slow support”
Pros
I am just beginning to use this equipment and so far it seems easy to sign in, operate and switch over to personnel transport when necessary which is important given that this truck will frequently serve mainly for moving people.
Cons
Being new to the setup, I notice it can be sluggish occasionally when the cellular reception is poor and since I'm still in the early stages of learning it, that occasionally complicates things, additionally fitting the hardware into my one-ton pickup proved difficult because there is very limited space under the dash to route the OBDII converter.
