“Offers the best customer support
Pros
We are MobiWorks users for over a year now, and one feature that really sets it apart is the offline work order functionality. The benefit of it is that even when our technicians are in areas with no network or cell coverage, they still have access to all the work order details on their mobile devices. It is something that allows them to continue working without any interruptions.
Cons
The documentation needs improvements, but I know they have been actively adding and updating it over the past year, which is a good sign.

Pros
One of the things that impressed me the most about MobiWork is its mobile focused approach to field service management. It has an easy-to-use mobile app which allows our field technicians to access job information, update work orders and capture data directly from their devices. This real-time connectivity has really increased our efficiency and improved communication across the team. Another great feature is the GPS tracking as it helps us keep an eye on technician locations and makes scheduling and route optimization much smoother.
Cons
My experience with MobiWork has been mostly positive, but one thing that could be better is the limited integration with third-party systems. Even though it itself has a solid set of features for field service management, but it does not offer much flexibility when it comes to integrating with other business tools. Because of that, at times manual data entry or extra workarounds are needed to sync information with other software we use.

“Covers almost everything we need
Pros
MobiWork is a complete solution as it covers everything we need, from work order scheduling to asset management. Plus it also provides great accountability. Their customer support team is responsive and helpful too.
Cons
Even though it has a lot of great features, integrating it into a large-scale business is quite difficult. Also, the scheduling feature on tablet devices is not the best. I feel like a few improvements will make it work better.

“The best tool for scheduling tasks
Pros
It has made scheduling so much easier for us. Also it helps us keep everything well-organized, mainly when managing different issues. And having everything in one place causes less confusion, and it has improved how we used to handle our daily tasks.
Cons
There are so many features in it that I know would be very useful, but I have not had the chance to learn how to use them yet. However it is on me and is not the problem of software.

MobiWork has made it possible for us to easily manage all our processes from the initial quote to dispatch, completion and invoicing. Thanks to this, we do not have to invest in more expensive platforms that cost several times more. What's really great is that even with a small team, we can perform all the important functions, including quoting, scheduling, dispatching and invoicing, in one affordable package.
Cons
The process of adding parts, services and customers works fine, but it could work a lot better.And I feel like it would be much better if new assets or parts could be added directly from the work order page instead of having to go through extra steps.

Pros
One of the best things about MobiWork is that it allows us to optimize our teams routes every day pretty quickly.
Cons
It is still a lot harder to fully integrate our large repair business with MobiWork. Some aspects work well, but making everything fit together smoothly is not as easy as I wanted it to be.

Pros
MobiWork comes with customizable forms that let us track just about anything. Also it is one of the easiest platforms for field workers to use, with a simple layout that makes navigation very easy. Moroever it does a great job tracking almost every aspect of dispatching and the maintenance business.
Cons
There is nothing major that I dislike. Yes, there is a bit of a learning curve at first but once we get everything set up, it was easy to use.

I use MobiWork mainly for scheduling and automatic communication. As it makes it easy for me to set up schedules and keeps everyone updated automatically.
Cons
The occasional glitches cause frustration, but to be fair most software has them. And I am very hopeful, future updates will smooth things out.

It speeds up the process and makes sure that everyone involved can see real-time updates on product deliveries. Overall this level of transparency has really improved our ability to track and manage deliveries properly.
Cons
It would be really helpful if the in-route feature could start and stop as a single operational function. For example, when we are traveling to a site one day, it should allow us to pick up right where we left off the next day for delivery without needing to reset everything manually.
