Moovs consolidated everything for us into a single platform, I can manage bookings, assign drivers, handle payments, track the fleet and send customer updates without toggling between separate apps or spreadsheets which has saved us a lot of time. The driver app keeps our crew synchronized in real time and our clients appreciate the rapid confirmations and automated reminders. Overall it's contemporary, user-friendly and aligns perfectly with the premium service level we uphold at Lake Ride Pros.
Cons
Setting everything up initially required a fair amount of effort to tailor it to our mixed fleet and the intense event-focused calendar and although I persevered through that customization phase, once the parameters were correctly configured the platform has been operating smoothly. There was definitely a noticeable learning curve at the outset for someone transitioning from a fully manual workflow using Google Calendar invites.

UI is very interactive for both the operator side and the end customer and it also makes delegating or farming trips out to other networked operators remarkably easy and efficient.
Cons
However, I am frustrated that it does not allow me to increase fares based on the number of passengers because pricing is rigidly tied to the vehicle rather than calculated per person and additionally, when I farm a trip out to another operator in the network that subcontracted provider cannot access the client's details, which prevents them from having necessary information to serve the customer properly.

From my perspective the contrast with LA is literally night and day because we have emerged from an antiquated, twenty year-old system that felt like a chaotic, nighttime mess and are now operating in a clear, daylight environment that is far more practical and illuminating, to me LA always resembled DOS, while Moovs behaves like WINDOWS.

I am realizing just how vital it is for my customers to have a centralized system for reservations, confirmations and driver tracking because previously I was managing everything with text messages alone before I started using Moovs. As I become more proficient with the platform, it increasingly strikes me that presenting a polished, professional system significantly bolsters customers' confidence in the company. There really aren't enough words to describe the exceptional support I've received from their customer service team. They are so flexible and patient that I almost feel bad about the level of hand-holding they provide and they stay with me until they're certain I fully grasp the features.

I also rely on several very helpful tools like the in-app chat, driver payout handling, automated pricing and a host of other features that collectively simplify my daily workflow.

There are many features I'd like to see implemented, e.g, when a client requests a quote I would greatly value displaying a map at that moment in the same way one appears when they make a reservationbecause having that visual context would be very useful to our operations. Also since we enforce time minimums, it would be very helpful if the quote entry required customers to specify the applicable time minimum for the chosen day, ensuring quotes align with our policies.
