“Super easy to use

Pros

It really brings everything together in a way I haven't seen before. No other program has done it like this. It handles orders, customer service stuff, task tracking pretty much everything we need, all in one place.

Cons

It doesn't really connect well with any accounting software except for Great Plains. That's kind of frustrating if you're using something else, because it limits what you can do unless you're already set up with Great Plains.

“One-stop solution for managing your moves

Pros

It's super easy to use and the way orders flow down from the main server just works smoothly. We're able to keep an eye on all the moves each day by tracking them through tasks and what's even better is that we can customize those tasks if there's something special we need done. I really like the dispatch part of Movers Suite, it's so convenient to check driver assignments and know where everyone's going to be. Honestly I love using it because it makes my job so much easier when it comes to managing movers and scheduling everything out.

Cons

I'd really like to see more breakdown reports available. It'd help a lot with understanding the details and staying on top of things better.
